I had a wonderful latte from this bar and the staff was so friendly. The manager immediately smiled and welcomed me and took my order. I will definitely be back!
I love coming here! The staff are always really friendly and accommodating. Sarah the manager in particular always has the best suggestions and fun drink combos to try! You can tell she has a wealth of experience and really takes pride in here coffee and shop!
I had a cloud foam matcha with strawberry-flavored foam and it was absolutely delicious. The matcha was tastefully sweet and had just the right amount of intensity. The strawberry foam was also sweet, but not too sweet, and contained bits of strawberries. This drink also did not contain an absurd amount of ice, a common experience from other coffee places. The service was pretty average. Overall a pleasant experience.

Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee offers a pleasant experience with nice coffee, tasty breakfast options, and healthy food choices, including vegetarian meals. The cafe has a big parking area, is kid-friendly, and wheelchair accessible. While some customers find the coffee to be super bitter and suggest smaller cup sizes for cappuccinos, the friendly staff still serves great drinks and snacks. Mita, a standout team member, provides outstanding customer service and knows many regulars by name. Her positive vibe and dedication shine through. The cafe is a great spot to stop by while shopping at the mall, especially for a quick bite, such as a croissant or a small cup of soup, making it perfect for people watching.
