I ordered fries and a Strawberry Chocolate Shake. The fries were cooked just right (not limpy) and the shake was the best I've ever had!

Food was normal shake shack but the service is so bad. The food took like 15 mins for 1 item and then I asked and magically it was made but just waiting on me to ask. Silly.

Good service you do have to wait a minute, but your burger comes out good cause they’re making each one burger was juicy meat was flavorful all the toppings refresh fries were great. One of the best burgers from them for sure.

Went to shake shack at Boca Town center today at lunch and was horrible experience. Service was BAD, burgers cold, was my first and last time on this location.

I had lunch there today. My hamburger was terrible. It tasted like it was scraped off the grill burnt and I saw the guy scraping the grill. They aren’t using oil on the grill or something. I know it’s a single burger, but there was nothing but a crispy disk. It was Not worth a $17.00 meal at all. I went back and said something to the guy working at the counter and he said “Would you like a refund!” and I said “Yes”. So, so girl, I don’t know if it was a manager came over and I explain that it was a terrible hamburger and she said “Well, thank you for telling us. Can I make you another hamburger?” I said “No”, “Well, can I give you a refill of your soda?” I said “No”. She did not want to give me a refund. She wanted to make me another crappy burger. So, I walked away from the battle with her saying “Well, thank you for telling us” as I was walking away. I see other reviews on here having the same complaint.

Extremely unprofessional environment. Management lacks basic respect for employees and handles situations poorly. Not a place that values its workers. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Awesome customer service even right before close the new guy on the register was very pleasant

Very disappointed with how greasy this chicken shack sandwich was. Like what’s wrong with this location? I am used to really good shake shack, but this time it is DISGUSTING, GREASY, AND TASTELESS. I def need to ask for a refund

I just wanna let you know that I won't be your client anymore because you stoped to sell truffle burgers and fries, without those food your menu is poor and uninteresting.

Very bad attitude from the manager .

I recently visited the Shake Shack at Boca Town Center and was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding customer service. They patiently answered my questions about menu options and provided great recommendations.

I just have to shout out the manager at the Boca Raton Location. Josette continually Circled around and checked everyone’s satisfaction. She noticed I was almost done with my soda and offered to get me a refill. It is an extremely well managed location and I would recommend it to anyone.

They have served the food in a completely wet tray!!! Disgusting!! I have returned the burger without delay!! They replaced it... but it s weird to get customers wet food
