“Ordered a number 8 combo meal. The said manager told me it was $14 , so I questioned him because it seemed a little high. He said it was because I got a large sized order. I said okay, I'll take a medium. When I got my food, I noticed he had charged me for a double patty when it should have been a single. Wendy's always asks you if you want a single or double. He took it upon himself to charge me for a double without asking.“
“I want to give props to the guy that wore the scream costume for halloween!! Epic! Everytime i come here he is always working and makes sure everything of mine is fresh and his personality is so kind. He has worked so hard SOOOO hard bc workers never show up and he works with one cook!!!! Ive seen him running all around doing work of many! He deserves a RAISE !!! Also the mornings i have three videos of them not being open when sign says 6 am and it is 750 or 8……they need reliable workers like the scream guy and the manager that used to live in miami (female) and now lives in boca and the other manager (male) named diondre (sp) he handled a situation for me when one of te workers copped an attitude bc i wouldnt move back to yellow pole. ?♀️“
