Must have changed ownership. I always order medium heat. 2 of the 3 orders were sent back because they were extremely spicy. I have eaten there a dozen times or more over the last three to four years. That was the first time we have had to return food because of spice level.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, and every time I’m in Estero, I make sure to stop here for a meal. It has become a must-visit for me.
The curry is always excellent—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—and the Pad Thai is consistently delicious and well prepared. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish.
If you enjoy Thai food, this place is absolutely worth stopping by. Highly recommended.

Disappointed in the food, the Panang was missing the richness I expected and the Lad Nar resembled a pasta dish. I think I saw a white girl chef cooking. Owner or manager was enthusiastic however he should eat at his competition to see what a winning place looks like.

I really love this place. I've been going there for years. The food is wonderful. It's a small intimate restaurant that feels like it comes right out of Thailand. The food is very authentic. If you've ever been to Thailand before. You will feel like you're back there again. Just a quiet little place to eat with plenty of smiles to go around. If you're a Thai food lover like me. You cannot possibly go wrong by visiting this place. Thank you Em for the years of our friendship. I'm always going to remember your restaurant in America.

My husband and I just had the crispy duck pad Thai, steamed gyoza, Tom Yum soup, spicy tuna roll, and Thai tea. Everything was delicious! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend this place ♥️ we’ll be back!

Loyal customer for 10+ years. Disappointed last 3 times. Changed peanut sauce to very thin watery substance. Not much flavor. Asked for fried tofu but got steamed instead. Fried rice tasteless & mushy with mostly white rice. Time to find a new favorite place.

Do yourself a favor and go to yummy tummy instead, where you get more food and quality food.

Excellent service. Extraordinary food. The best Asian food in a while. Waiting for the next opportunity to enjoy this place again.

Subject: Uncomfortable Experience at 9 Thai Sushi, Estero, FL

Dear Restaurant Manager,

I am writing to file a complaint about an uncomfortable experience I had at 9 Thai Sushi in Fort Myers, Florida. On my visit, I had a bill of less than $50, and while I intended to leave a cash tip, I encountered unprofessional behavior that made me uncomfortable.

After paying my bill with Apple Pay, I returned to my table to get cash for the tip. The server followed me to my table and stood close by while I was getting the money. He even looked into my wallet while I was trying to take out the cash. This felt invasive and unsettling, as I had already paid for my meal.

When I tried to leave the restaurant, the same server followed me outside and stood by the door, continuing to make me feel uneasy. This was a party of only two people, and I felt pressured, which is not acceptable for any customer.

Although I initially planned to leave a cash tip, I decided not to due to the uncomfortable situation. I believe this behavior should be addressed by the restaurant to prevent future occurrences.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate any follow-up to ensure this doesn’t happen again to anyone else, EVER.
