Aqua Seafood, Steaks & Raw Bar

I don’t want to recommend this gem- it will become crowded and harder to get a seat. One of the best meals I’ve had in SWF…❤️

After reading several negative reviews, we were hesitant to try Aqua (Bonita Springs). What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted immediately by Joel who was our server for the evening. He was very knowledgeable about the bar and dinner menu and was very attentive & polite. We came with friends for Happy Hour and the Happy Hour menu. We selected the crab cake , garlic shrimp, Calamari, and beef skewers to share. Every small plate/ appetizer was prepared to perfection. Three of us ordered the chicken piccata and one ordered the 12 oz. steak. The steak was a thick cut of meat, tender, flavorful and cooked to the requested temperature. The others enjoyed the chicken piccata and commented on the tenderness and good flavor. Joel checked to verify that all plates were prepared to our liking. We skipped dessert as we had enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend Aqua (Bonita Springs) and Joel!!! Will return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great spot just a few miles off the ocean. Very classy and upscale food options. Clam chowder was fantastic

Food and drinks are amazing

Love coming to this restaurant. They have a great happy hour with terrific pricing on food and drinks. Weight staff are friendly, especially the bartenders. Very large bar and many people sit there to eat and drink. Not a lot of tables… Maybe 30? But the bar seats 25 at least. And there is a second bar that is smaller and open when it’s busy. There’s also bar seating outside through large windows at the bar.

Great happy hour menu! Food was excellent. Seafood selection was very nice.

Amazing place! Staff are so friendly and hospitable. Honestly, I love pasta and have tried pasta from so many different places but this was my favourite. Must get the oysters and bacon scallops for appetizers!

We had a very nice time enjoying the happy hour drinks and small plate menu. Food and service were very good. We'll definitely be taking more friends here this off season.

Good menu selection. Enjoyed the outdoor seating. Tuna Poke Bowl was great! Good wine selections. Beats waiting in the traffic.

I saw a 3.4 Google review but I read past the poor reviews. So glad I did! What a wonderful time we had with fantastic food! The bread dip was outstanding! Our server Joel said it was his recipe. Wow, amazing, by far the best bread dip we've ever had! I had the
Bolognese Papardelle which was so delicious. My wife had a fish dish she really liked. Owner Jackie came over to ask how we enjoy dinner, which was terrific. We will be back!

Friday night, first time to the place. Had high hopes, apps of garlic shrimp (4stars) crab cake (4 stars) oyster rock (2 stars).

Steak was good, but the snapper was way over done. Told waiter, he said sorry. Young kid, i thought he might send a manager over but did not.

Spent $300, $20 for salad might be a bit high, steak reasonable price. But family left kind of disappointed. I think the place used to be an old perkins. Still had that feel.

Based on responses to reviews it looks like there is some anger there. Won’t be back so I guess you can vent on me too.

I will say the happy hour crowd was huge, but after 6 the place cleared out. Probably hints about pricing there but good luck.
