The hole in the wall mom and pop places are always the best! I only had tacos, but they were excellent! Was blown away by the selection of pastries and desserts as well! Will most definetely be back!

This was a wonderful bakery, drove from Marco Island to Bonita for their authentic bread and wonderful customer service. Up until recently change of ownership, I believe two years now, their customer service is horrible. Rude, argumentative, dismissive and don’t expect to be attended right away or at least acknowledged. I’ve given them many chances due to their bread but I don’t think I would drive that far. Up until today, I am disgusted. Ordered a Milanese sandwich to go. I bit into the sandwich and behold the steak Milanese was hard as a rock due to being burnt not over cooked. Thought it was just the edge and this was through out the steak. Not fresh, looked like leftover steak from yesterday, I don’t live that far now, five minutes away and you can tell this was not a fresh Milanese. Please looked at the picture, I was not able to share my sandwich with my child as this would have been a choking hazard and to top it off after I dissected this sandwich, a hair longer then 6 inches in it. I will not be going back. It’s a pity for this family owned business, it is not being taken care of as the previous owner. Please look at the image and you will know it’s not worth it and that they are capable to serve that for consumption.

Bakery items are over a week old. I was excited to try and disappointed

Do not go here if you're looking for ambience. But if you want to be swept away to a little restaurant in the middle of Mexico this is a place to do it. The food is extremely authentic, and mostly street food size. We had beef tacos in a flour tortilla, chicken tacos in a flour tortillas, and tamales. They also served two sauces we opted for the milder of the two, which was not hot at all and was delicious. The people who operated it were so friendly as everyone here has already reported. The clientele was obviously local Mexicans and we were the only Anglos in the place. They spoke English well enough to work out what we were ordering. The location of the restaurant is actually not on the street but in a small building behind the Pentecostal church in front of it. It's a little difficult to find. But, eating there is worth the trip.

Variety of Authentic Mexican baked goods and homemade meals. The tamales are delicious and the staff is friendly.

Although the real owners are not there, it is still a place where you buy good

I've been going to this bakery for many years and their bread is just something else, my number one place to buy bread or get a custom cake.

I was a worker 12 years ago there. And a week ago I went in customer mode, the bread was very tasty but there was nothing left of the bakery that was before, now a big lady is serving it.
