This was a wonderful bakery, drove from Marco Island to Bonita for their authentic bread and wonderful customer service. Up until recently change of ownership, I believe two years now, their customer service is horrible. Rude, argumentative, dismissive and don’t expect to be attended right away or at least acknowledged. I’ve given them many chances due to their bread but I don’t think I would drive that far.
