Tick, Tick, Tick... One hour and 15 minutes and no chicken parmesan.. First and last time, hate to not support family business, but this experience is not acceptable.

Enjoyed my serving of shrimp & clams over angle pasta.. Sauce was delicious. Price was higher than I would have liked, but so is everything else these days.

Very disappointed this evening. Went to this restaurant, ordered quickly, received bread and melted butter packs. Got salads with the iceberg cores and then the wait began. After one hour and fifteen minutes, we were still waiting for our meals. We just could not take anymore-we left money on the table and left. No one at the restaurant came out and apologized and tables all around us were looking for their food too. Hope someday this restaurant realizes that customers matter. Very sad as we wanted to support this small business. Very bad experience

So just wanted say I was there to tonight. If you have been coming for so long you should know that this is not there regular service and maybe something was going on. Unfortunately they were short staffed in the kitchen and they really can only do the best that they can do. We were made aware of it and accepted it. Things happened and the food was still really great. One time wouldn't make me not come anymore. Please everyone support your local business weather it's a resturant or retail. Things happens let's just be patient. Also the changes in the resturant is amazing.

Fantastic! We were looking for something close to our resort that would appease both the adults and kids in our family and this was a hit all the way around! Food was delicious, service was quick, price was totally reasonable for the portions, ambiance was quiet and elegant. I wish I could bring it home to Chicago with me!

One of a few places open during Hurricane Helene Sept 2024. Great service and wonderful food. Montepulciano was very smooth. Definitely will be visiting again.

Squarely in the 3.5 category. The service was great, the food was hit or miss. The cheese in the meatloaves pizza was salty. The mozzarella sticks are the low quality frozen variety and were also salty. The fried calamari were good. The bread is really good. Others in the table liked the minestrone. The food smell in the restaurant floor was a bit overwhelming- need better vents in the kitchen or just needs to be walled off better. Overall a good experience. I’m not disappointed I went but will likely not return.

Omg! I am so impressed and thankful I decided to come here tonight! Young gentleman, polite, professional, very respectful…. Abel Took my order to go, and when I returned to pick up, staff welcomed me in and the environment felt family oriented. Comfortable environment, lighting and all. And the food is delicious! Made with passion for sure. Alfredo was creamy, and so yummy! Ordered the cheesy bread and man that is so good also! Food was warm, and staff was a delight!

went there many times liked it but last time had to sit or self no hostess set in middle of room no waitress for 20 min.we were the 2nd couple that left with no service
