Great option for poolside food at the hotel! They have a system where they have flags on some of the chairs that you just put up when you’re ready to order and it is really convenient. The food was very flavorful and well prepared. No complaints here :-)
The service was fast and food was good, even though a little pricey. The reason for the 3 stars is because they do not handle allergies the best. My toddler had multiple reactions after eating here - even if it was just a fruit cup. Cross contamination and communication seem to be an issue. I know allergies are hard to accommodate, but we really did think a fruit cup by the pool would be a safe thing to have...either things aren't cleaned properly, or no effort was made to...
Food is excellent, no complaints there. It was a bit busy so we sat in the corner near the lazy river where we found a spot. I had the cork screw up for a hour and nobody came to take my order. Went and ordered at the bar and got it there. Tried again later and same ordeal. They should make laps every so often around all the guest in my opinion. Food is excellent and the atmosphere is great so I think it’s still worth a four star. Will circle back at the end of vacation.
