🚨Do not order cakes from this location🚨Pathetic customer service. Unable/unwilling to follow written, online order, instructions. Manager always has an excuse.

I have tried this store four times for birthday cakes. Of those 4 times, only one was as expected. Over and over they fail to meet simple order requests. Whether color requests, message or simple double fudge and crunch, only 1 out of 4 cakes has been made to order instructions.
