Prepared locally with a convenient pick up or delivery option, Chad has made my heavy schedule lighter and really easy when it comes to meal times. These meals are fabulous! Great variety and delicious, certainly 100 % worth the money.

I am picky with freshness and quality and these meals are it. I rate all the meals by like, like a lot, and love. The FFF Lasagna I love love! I don’t share that one. Thanks Chef!

I chose the healthy lifestyle plan, doing 8 meals a week, they deliver Monday’s & Wednesdays to my door so it is indeed very fresh & it’s literally high end restaurant quality food I have truly enjoyed every meal I’ve eaten so far!! I've been getting meals for awhile now, nearly a year, and still love them! Everything is fresh and seasoned so well! I get especially excited for kimchi day cause OMG it's sooo good! Added bonus, he uses quality containers so I have a pretty tall stack in the cabinet. Haven't had to buy any and they are awesome to send home leftovers in after a gathering!
