Komoon Thai Sushi & Ceviche - Bonita Springs

The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is good, but unfortunately, the waitress's service left a lot to be desired. Our forks fell, and she didn't offer replacements. On top of that, there were only two chargers (sousplats) at the table for three people; she didn't bring a third one, and I was left without, which made me feel invisible. To make matters worse, instead of plates, she served us saucers (the small plates used to support cups), and we had to eat noodle soup out of them. Her service was extremely indifferent, and because of this experience, I don't plan on returning. One positive note was the sushi chef, who is always very polite to us and delivers excellent quality work

We love sushi and we love Thai. The restaurant is adorable and the staff are friendly. We had a few basic rolls which were delicious! And we split a bowl of massaman curry chicken. It was mostly sauce and potato with just a little chicken. Not very filling. If there had been more chicken I'd give them 5 stars.

My husband and I were craving sushi and Komoon exceeded our expectations! We went on a slower night but the atmosphere and decor were perfect. Our server, Antonio, was very attentive and gave us great advice on the menu. Everything was delicious. We will be coming back :)

Friendly staff and great food, the rangoons and pad se ew was fantastic, my fiancee really liked his Korean noodle soup. The restaurant was clean and the seating areas were cute and decorated nice.

Very kind people making amazing dishes - this is fusion and has amazing sushi to try. Definitely five stars for the interior of the restaurant and the service from the owner and main chef. Sushi was great, fresh and delicious. Miso soup as well!

I had a really disappointing experience with Komoon after placing an online order through Uber. For nearly $80, we ordered Pad Thai (requested with no spice), chicken noodle soup, and dumplings. Unfortunately, the Pad Thai was so overwhelmingly spicy that it was completely inedible.
Considering the high prices, the portion sizes and quality were already questionable, but the real issue was the lack of care with our request. If a customer specifically asks for no spice, that should be taken seriously.
What made things worse was how the situation was handled. After waiting about an hour for the food to arrive, I called the restaurant and the response was very unhelpful. I was told I would need to either drive all the way back to the restaurant to pick up a replacement or deal with Uber myself for a refund. Trying to contact Uber was also unsuccessful.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish long wait time, overpriced food, incorrect preparation, and poor customer service. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

I'm in the restaurant while making this review. I got zero help from the employee's. I'm an Uber Driver. Do not take take outs from this place they will arrive to you tomorrow. Customers complaining about their food. And the place is not even busy they probably have just 5 tables seated. Meanwhile I'm waiting here with zero contact from the staff. Terrible experience. Lots of Sushi places to go around just not this one.

This place is a hidden gem. All that Asian and a bag of chips with Peruvian cuisine as an added bonus. Friendly, courteous accommodating Staff. Stellar varied menu. Artfully presented and expertly executed. fair pricing and ample portions and a varied beer list. Highly recommended.

What self-respecting Thai restaurant doesn't provide chopsticks for pickup orders? Also their peanut sauce is only slightly thicker than water.
