I love Next Level Nutrition! I love the shakes and the teas!! I have really bad acid reflux and Ingrid was great about recommending the perfect tea that wouldn’t be too sour for my stomach! I love all the shakes!! Here is today’s Banana Bread shake, which was amazeballs!!

Healthy shakes and herbal teas. Family friendly and everyone is welcome. Ingrid has different options of healthy shakes and she know also has waffles and donuts definitely happy coming here and enjoy my self. But that's not it Monday thru Thursday she has a Zumba class at 6:30 pm.
