My husband and I took a daycation to Fort Myers and stopped for dinner without a reservation. Mike at the front house worked his magic and it was smoothe sailing from then on. Our server Sam,was wonderful; he made our experience that much better. The food was also an experience; for which we will return.

Great steaks.We got steak for three. It was enough for five.They cut up the steak in large chunks with med.rare to medium.Asparagus and baked potatoes were enough to split 4 ways.Great Ceasar's salad.Parking lot for free parking.Pricey but well worth it.

My wife and I were here for our wedding anniversary on Saturday February 24, and our reservation was for 6 pm. We came in at 5:59, we sat down quickly and were rushed thru dinner. We were sat at 6 pm and were done with everything to eat by 6:37 pm. Our waiter gave me the check and came back 25 minutes later. We shared the Porterhouse for 2 which was pretty decent, asparagus was very good and were charged for a “loaded baked potato” that looked like it was fried and was awful! Looked like it was brought from Costco and just warmed up. There are way too many other steakhouses to spend your money on rather than here. Not near as good as others we have visited. We won’t be back!!

My wife and I enjoyed a very lovely birthday dinner: well-seasoned steaks and sides, fine Australian wine, friendly service and a lemon cream shot to top off the evening on a busy Sunday night.

This was the fourth time we have dined at Prime House. Our experience confirmed that we find the restaurant exceptional. The beef was excellent, well seasoned and cooked to specification. The grouper, clearly very fresh, was cooked just right—seasoned lightly. All sides were tasty and appropriate. All in all a lovely night out. We will be back.

We're still new to north Naples & have tried many terrific restaurants. Very happy we tried Prime. My wife and I went for the ribeye for 2 & it was tender, delicious & cooked perfectly, melting in our mouthes. Our waiter, Admir is a consummate pro with a funny sense of humor. We'll be back.

The only reason for a reduction in food score is that my husband ordered his steak medium, it came close to rare, and when sent back to get a little more done it came back about the same way, with a seared surface. Lobster was a little undercooked as well, but with short order is was returned and ready to roll!

New waitress was delightful. Cheerfully brought over senior person to review steak choices. Caesar salad was marginal as was regular salad - too much dressing on each - nothing distinctive about Caesar - no anchovy, no Parmesan. Steak for two was good and cooked as ordered. It did not have the deep beefy dry aged flavor it should have had for the time it was supposed to have been aged.
Slow service, Ceasar salad was sooo small and not presented well. Lobster bisque was ok, but not high quality. Steaks were good, very salted on outside. No vegetable included with meal just meat and potato

Steaks not cooked properly, sent one back, still so rare when it came back, couldn't eat it. Unacceptable for a steak restaurant to get it wrong. One member of my group ordered surf and turf, the surf was 2 scallops, so stingy.

We had the most enjoyable evening at Prime, celebrating my husband's birthday. We shared a chopped salad and both ordered the filet. It was cooked to perfect exactly how we ordered it. We also shared a side of asparagus spears. I have to compliment our waitress, Flora, who was fantastic. She reviewed the menu and answered questions. We were delighted with the complimentary lemoncello and key lime pie. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasion or if you are craving a delicious steak dinner.

My husband and I eat at a lot of nice steak and seafood places. This was an amazing dinner. I got the Surf & Turf and it was quite possibly the BEST filet and lobster I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend. It was a small cozy & quite atmosphere and we will definitely be going again. We sat at the bar with a guest bartender and the service was great!
