Its been many years since we were last at Tarpon Bay, initially when we got married 14 years ago here at the Hyatt and then returning 5 years ago. They sat us in half of the restaurant that was initially empty only filling up later on. The waitress was initially nice but something didn't really click with her that made things awkward. Tarpon Bay never disappoints. It was Friday Nite Date Night and time for Alaskan Crab Legs! Full order done to perfection with a salad and there was one happy couple. Food, service and atmosphere exceptional as always!
We have been to Tarpon bay a couple of times over the years, always excellent food ,excellent service The bar is very quaint, and the entertainment that night we were there was John Juan, he was very entertaining. Just listening to him would be worth going back for the night out.
