From the highly skilled and best bartending staff a regular could ask for to the kitchen…from the events to the beers themselves, Brass Tap truly has been “ole faithful” to me for the entire past 9 years living in Boynton Beach. With bartenders like Randy, who can make even the grinchiest grinches grin..you’re sure to have an extraordinary experience at the bar. With Kitchen Managers like Eko..who have a passion for their craft and are constantly pushing the envelope to ensure the best menu with the best ingredients— you’ll find it impossible to dislike anything you’ll ever order to eat. And most importantly— under John Brock’s general management…I’m not one to use the word “impossible” loosely or lightly, but it’s impossible to fail with that kind of leadership, ESPECIALLY when same said leadership is also a lover of great beer! John is constantly on the road and/or making brewery visits to ensure a tap rotation that keeps you engaged and constantly hankering to return. Last note: if you ever drop by in the later hours of the evening (let’s say >> midnight, any given night)…you’ll find craft beer brewery managers, veteran bartenders and many professionals from across the craft beer space…sitting at the bar or on the patio seating at the regulars’ table. “Good Night John Boys is the best thing to come to Delray with its great 70's music will make you want to stay on the dance floor all night. When you are there its like being back at studio 54 or even being back at 2001 Odyssey were the original idea of the lighted dance floor came from. John Boys has a vibrant atmosphere like no other club in Delray has. If you have not been here yet then you are missing out on one of the best experience of your life.“

Nick, the new owner from Queens, NY, greeted us personally and made us feel instantly welcomed—like part of the family. His hospitality and genuine passion for the restaurant are already making a noticeable impact. Our server Frank was an absolute delight—friendly, engaging, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic as always, with the penne vodka being a standout—rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. To top it off, the desserts are now brought in from Junior’s in NYC, which was such a fun and delicious surprise. We’re so excited to see where Nick takes this beloved spot and can’t wait to return.
