Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon around 3 o'clock and only see 1 guy sitting down eating, so there not really busy. Step up to the counter to place my order and no one is behind the counter, nobody comes from the back or says I'll be right with you or anything like that. I give it a minute and look around the store and I notice the only guy in the store eating has a firehouse hat, not sure if he's an employee or not but the hat made me thought he probably is. Nobody ever said anything or came out from the back so I just left after waiting a couple of minutes.

The review is more about the manager than anything else. She is a total beyotch! Upon arriving at the cash register she said "I'm sorry for my new student". I said "Why? She seems to be doing great!" I proceeded to tell the young girl (approximately 17) that we are all new at some point and in no way did ANYONE come out knowing what they were doing. I told her she was doing a good job and that the "student" would soon become the MASTER. She took our order and got it right all while being so nice. She made our food and it was right too and good. She had become the MASTER! That manager did NOT need to berate that little girl at all. This just might be that young girls first job and being treated that way could give her a negative outlook on working!! The manager needs to GO! If this was my daughter and she told me that her manager had spoken to her the way this manager did....well let's just say I would have been making a trip to that place to have a "talk" with the manager. I hope corporate sees this and takes action!!! I will be calling them tomorrow (Monday) when they open to report this. I will NOT return as long as this woman is the manager there!

I definitely enjoyed the food. The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and Chicken Parmesan Meatball Sub are really good. Worth it to try for lunch and dinner. I picked-up my food and the atmosphere inside seems to be cool. I will be back for a dine-in experience.

My whole school walks to this plaza every friday. We give them a lot of business. Me and my friend have been going here to get mac and cheese a long time. Until we walked in today and were told to get out 5 times. Mind you it was only us and we were confused. This lady kept screaming get out and refused to let us order.

Food presentation was great but the Italian had to much honey ham and not enough salami and pepperoni leaving the sandwich tasting extremely sweet and full of the honey

It is an ok place. I love their decor. Their sandwiches come in 3 sizes, and all are toasty.It was pretty tasty, but I will say you should DEFINITELY order online. I was not a fan of the lackluster welcome, the lack of eye contact, and the slow service. Maybe it wasn't slow? I ordered three sandwiches and it took 22 minutes. I was the only person in there. One person came in, looked around, and left. They were training someone, and I get that, but maybe have them do only one sandwich and other people can help with the others? Really nice decor. Ample parking.

This location was clean, the girls that were working were super nice and the food was good. I gave the service a 4 stars instead of 5 because I asked for an extra pickle and for my kid's meal to bring a kids brownie instead of the rice crispy treat and she said ok but I didn't receive it. Other than that everything else was good.
