I like my Deluxe brisket sandwich but I had specifically asked for my husband sandwich not to have anything on it just cheese and meat and they put horseradish sauce on it so when I brought it home my husband was not pleased. I was very specific about my order standing there telling them it was my first visit so a little disappointed that my instructions were not listen to but my personal sandwich was good.
I am actually surprised that the employees are not the ACTUAL owners! I have been here a few times and they are always on point! They always greet you upon entering even if they can’t see you cause you’re small like me! Thank you!💚
I visited firehouse on 3/21/26 around lunch time - there was a white woman with short black hair working , and a black man with dreds working( describing them because I didn’t catch names unfortunately). THEY WERE AN AWESOME TEAM!!! I hope management sees this and gives them the credit they deserve. They had the place so clean and running so smooth.
