“Working from Panera is a very far and few between event, but when I do - I hope it is a treat.
I ordered food for 2 people and unfortunately, the order got completely messed up between being taken and created. Thankfully the shift leader, Paris and Manager, Ariel were so kind to fix my order and ensure it was fresh. I was so appreciative for the kindness - especially during the lunch rush.

“Charisma promptly attended to me to see if my pick up order was ready, when it haven't even been placed yet (I got there early as my mom was placing it online from home). We struck up a conversation and she talked with my as if I was an old friend. Lexi then checked on my order again and joined the convo. Such a great group. I got my food hot and promptly. This Panera is topnotch! They are full of diamonds in the rough!“
