“After recovering from the flu, I was craving their Chocolate chip chippers. I picked them up thru the drive thru and noticed when I got home that they were hard as a rock. I called and spoke to Manager, Jorge Santos and he took care of the issue quickly. He made me fresh soft baked cookies the way they usually are and apologized for the inconvenience. Now that's what I call, amazing customer service! Thank you Jorge Santos and the cookies are delicious.“

However, for the first time in years, I had a fantastic delivery experience directly from Panera Bread. Everything was smooth, from placing the order to the timely arrival of my food. The food was delicious and fresh, and the delivery driver was very professional. “I ordered from the Panera App for delivery. Long story short- the Door Dash driver cancelled the order without my knowledge and kept the food. I called and spoke with Orlando and he was AMAZING at problem solving the issue and keeping me updated on how to fix the situation.

“A simple breakfast that does the job
Some mornings just call for something quick and easy. That’s how I ended up at Panera open when I needed it, which already counts for a lot.
I had a seeded bagel, surprisingly close to an Andalusian mollete, filled with ham and cream cheese, plus an espresso. Nothing fancy, but exactly what I needed.“
“Mom and I used to get broccoli soup and fresh baguette every single time I went to a Dr's appointment at Jackson in 2018. Niw, 2026, I came back with nostalgia and the soup didn't disappoint me. The baguette was too hard. Unfortunately it wasn't enjoyable. Overcooked.“

Questionable flavored drink on left of trio--usually some hibiscus drink but today dubious grayish-water looking liquid.
Santa Fe salad was par for the course, very light on the arugula, hubby liked it anyway.
Grateful for that someone who turned in my prescription sunglasses--boosted my faith in humanity.
