“Working from Panera is a very far and few between event, but when I do - I hope it is a treat.
I ordered food for 2 people and unfortunately, the order got completely messed up between being taken and created. Thankfully the shift leader, Paris and Manager, Ariel were so kind to fix my order and ensure it was fresh. I was so appreciative for the kindness - especially during the lunch rush.

“Nice, friendly staff, no negative or bad experience, no complaints or even minor tiny irritants, table situation was fine even though there were five in my party that day eating there including myself and a 6 year old, it was surprisingly pleasantly quiet and that you could have a family get together or even be in a business meeting and the sound would not interfere with the audio being in a virtual meeting.“
“Saturday morning, 8ish. Food is very fresh. The coffee is better than most chain brekfast/lunch businesses. Service was good as expected.
The divided table / dining area made me feel claustrophobic.
Great food all around.
*Easy to miss location. You have to enter the mall entrance on Congress Ave. I missed the turn on Congress. Turned into the old Toy's R US parking to make it to Panera.“
