“I visited the other day and was greeted by Max. Very polite, very nice! He wasn't able to assist me right away but did acknowledge me when I walked in. Shocking! Max thanked me for my patience and asked for my order. Then ... wished me a great day! I know, simple. But good customer service you SELDOM see these days. Panera Bread is lucky have Max on their staff. He is a wonderful young man. p.s. Andrew too! There was a small issue with the register. Andrew assisted. Another great guy!
