“The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The menu offers a lot of variety and you can personalize your order.

The menu itself needs to be better designed and organized as we found it confusing and overwhelming. The paper menu we requested would have helped more if it reflected the actual menu more accurately but there were other issues. For example, it said we could select one base, but we couldn’t find what was deemed to be a base explained anywhere on the menu. Some things were premium, but that too was obscure, so while you can substitute items from the preset menu offerings, it wasn’t clear what you could substitute without extra cost or what category the item fell into.

A wonderful worker, Sarah, noting our difficulties, came over and was incredibly helpful, explaining the menu and even taking our order from the table. Thanks to her and the food actually being very good, we had a great lunch! We will be back, and hope either improvements are made to the menu organization or that Sarah is there to help us. Or I could just order the chicken avocado salad with tzatziki dressing instead of balsamic and roasted cauliflower instead of jammy eggs again.“

Do yourself a favor, head over to the restaurant and order some things you’ve never even considered. Somehow, every single one will taste like perfection. The house salad, the meatballs, the specialty pie …..all divine!“

It had a well-balanced level of sweetness and was complemented by a diverse selection of fresh fruits, which added both texture and flavor. “One of the best pizza places in North America I honestly say that incredible people with a rich history in retail and wholesale and some of the hands down best Italian food you'll ever try , Dave portnoy needs too try you guys , it's about a 45 min drive from my house too you guys and I do 90mph too get home n eat your food with my family it's worth the trip and a occasional speeding ticket too eat this good!“

“Here with my baby and they added blueberries because my son wanted his drink to be purple, and they kindly accommodated and he loved it. I got the Island Green due to iron content. Baby enjoyed mine as well which was interesting since it was kale and spinach. They also put My baby’s drawing on the wall!“

“My boyfriend and I are from out of state, came to this town for a concert and decided to check this spot out. Great menu, some basic rolls and some additional premium rolls. We REALLY enjoyed the crispy rice, actually came back the next day just to order that ? We also got the hawaiian roll, coconut shrimp, pineapple, some kind of sweet sauce and cashews - different but so good!! Sad we’re not local to enjoy it again soon, but we’ll be back!“

Justin Mize is such a good manager, he does super cute events like Bingo and Cars getting Coffee, and even gives out rewards to our apps.

I never have issues at this location, the drive thru, or pickup. The employees are super nice, and they're very quick!

If I could give this location a 7 star review I would! Today I ordered a vanilla iced coffee ☕ which I never ordered before, and I would like to recommend it, it's very good!“

“I’ve been going to this place for the last 10 years food is always good nice quiet place, usually good service, but I got to give it a 4 star because the AI Service when you call Sucks. Such a inconvenience to order take out and I’m a young customer, I could imagine how much business they lose on takeout orders just because older people don’t know how to navigate with the AI or would rather order a quick pizza on the phone elsewhere rather than get redirected to a link. I Paid 25.10! For a large pepperoni bc I ordered via AI and I had 4$ in fees and service charges, on the website it says a large pizza is a 17.50 plus toppings another 2$. Why am I paying an extra 5$ to order it through a 3rd party website? I love Porto Bellas good food, good vibe, good staff, but I’m telling you, That AI Service is doing more bad than good for you guys.“

“I was absolutely amazed at how everything within this restaurant chain (here in Boynton Beach Florida) has changed and dramatically improved. A great assortment of Italian food at reasonable prices and the service and atmosphere was ideal. It's been years since I last had a meal at this place, but it's my intention to go there a lot more often.“

“Working from Panera is a very far and few between event, but when I do - I hope it is a treat.

I ordered food for 2 people and unfortunately, the order got completely messed up between being taken and created. Thankfully the shift leader, Paris and Manager, Ariel were so kind to fix my order and ensure it was fresh. I was so appreciative for the kindness - especially during the lunch rush.
