The lady who owns this shop is grumpy. Not friendly at all. Then my family and I were getting curbside at Sam’s club we saw her picking up boxes of premade nestle roll house cookie dough so she doesn’t even make them from scratch she uses store bought dough! What a deceiving business!

The delivery driver in a branded van around SR 64 and Upper Manatee road on July 11, 2024 was driving aggressively and dangerously. Not a good look when driving a company branded vehicle.

Incredible cookies! We had individually wrapped (which exploded with flavor -check the ingredients) as well as a birthday basket (which was first class and filled with the aforementioned and praised cookies). Well worth the trip!

Since I live in Colorado, my interactions were by phone when ordering for a homecomng celebration for a family member in Palmetto. Cindy was very pleasant to speak with, asked the pertinent questions, and the family was very pleased when the cookie-cake was delivered. The package was beautifully presented and Cindy added a personal message of her own as she handed it over. Best of all, they reported the chocolate chip cookie-cake was DEEE-licious!!!
