Buffalo Wild Wings

Waited over 45 minutes on a weekday for cold food (sauce had literally congealed on the wings.) Watched the server give my food to another table and then she blamed it on another server, which made my table have to wait 20 more minutes for the rest of our food. Nobody in our section saw the server more than once every 30 minutes either. Took forever.

We went here to watch the NFL playoff games and sat in the bar area in front of the bar. The place was not overly busy and there were plenty of staff working. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to greet us. We went to find a server and he told us someone would be over shortly but he did nothing to tell anyone. We waited another 15 minutes (30 total) and still no one came so we left and told the manager what just happened. We went over to Oak and Stone and our server came immediately to wait on us and then 5-10 minutes later the manager came by and asked us if everything was ok. This restaurant needs new staff that care about customer service.

Ordered via DoorDash and the driver never showed up!!! DoorDash app said it was delivered but it never arrived. Ridiculous these guys partner with this garbage service.

Waiter did not even care for us , took awhile to get drinks. When we got our food, it was cold! I order 10 wings and got 9 but my husband didn't want me to complain. Will not go back. Bad service and bad food!

Kinda loud and overestimating...a zillon TVs going...but food and service is good.

If you want to experience a big “we don’t give a crap about you”. This is the place.
I figured I’d grab a quick bite quick beer watch a little sports.
Bar person , Jessica , , just takes a while to acknowledge me, but that’s OK it was barely within an acceptable timeframe
Beer comes quick and cold - good start. Order something basic , boneless chicken wings that should be easy for such an establishment.
20 minutes later still no food She ignores me chats up a couple of the younger guys whatever. When I ask about my food I am told, “ I don’t know they’re running out of stuff”.and walks away.
So, you’re telling me that a place with “wings”
in its name runs out of wings??
Oh, and the guy next to me, Who showed up 10 to 15 minutes later he gets his wings promptly.
Well, Jessica and Management, I hope your “ stuff “ gets delivered for any other patrons who may have the misconception that this wing place can / serve you wings
BTW I wasn’t going to include her name as she’s just trying to make a living, but you can’t be a smug jerk to everybody and expect to get away with it

To go service is terrible, including food - if it is not missing which is usually the case. Mot the best management, inattentive. Dine in service overall is good.

We had a very disappointing experience. We waited approximately 50 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, my meal was cold, and my wife’s meal had initially been forgotten entirely.

Because of the long delay and the condition of the food, neither of us ate. We asked our server to box both meals to go since we needed to leave. When we asked whether it was appropriate to pay under the circumstances, the server went to get the manager, Shamara.

Shamara was extremely rude in how she handled the situation. She stated that we did not have to pay, but then immediately said that we could not have the food, proceeded to physically remove both boxed meals from our table, walked away, and said “have a good day.”

This was handled in an unprofessional and unnecessary manner by management, and it completely ruined the experience.

We had a very disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

We waited about 45 minutes for our food. Our son’s meal came out first, my husband’s wings came out cold, and my meal never arrived at all. Because of the long wait and incomplete service, we asked if we could get the food to go.

When it was time to pay, the server mentioned a small discount. We calmly asked whether we should be expected to pay given that one meal never arrived and another was cold. Instead of a manager handling the situation, a cook came out by the name of shamara and told us that if we didn’t want to pay, we were not allowed to keep the food — and then physically removed it from our table in front of us and our child.

There was no attempt to resolve the issue professionally. The way this was handled felt humiliating and completely inappropriate. We’ve dined at Buffalo Wild Wings many times and have never experienced anything like this.

Horrible costumer service, restaurant was half empty they turned down 8 of us said would be an hour to be seated

First time at this location The service in the bar area was great but unfortunately the boneless wings were not! Way overcooked and over sauced. Sauce flavors were just not good. Tasted like store bought bottled sauce

That being said The atmosphere is good for catching a game and beer prices were decent.
