I had to sit at the waiting line for bout 20mins and when the hostess finally came to sit our party she smelled like weed and the smell was coming from the kitchen where they was in the back smoking

Took 10 minutes of waiting for someone to notice me and ask if I needed a table! The place was practically empty! Service is horrible. Order the all you can eat app for $9.99 only to be told sorry we're out of onion rings lol. Waitress was slow in More ways than one

This location closes at midnight most days, including tonight. Came in to grab dinner at 10:45, which is late, but still an hour and 15 before they close. The hostess immediately had an attitude. We asked if they were open and she glared and shrugged, telling us last seating was at 11, which is totally fair but we arrived before 11. Inconvenient for the staff? I’m sure. But if you work closing shifts at a sports bar I think you need to roll with those punches a little bit. We weren’t argumentative and agreed to place our order to-go, but I silently showed my partner that it wasn’t 11 yet. The hostess made a snarky comment, offering to sit me for the next 10 minutes. I’ve worked in food and understand that sometimes customers show up when you don’t want them to, but if they show up before last seating, you sit them. And you don’t complain at them for it, you go talk shit with your coworkers like you’re getting paid to be there. I’m not so upset about not being sat as I am about how comfortable she was with being so dismissive and rude to customers. Tell Jessica her fake smile needs some work. :)

Are there no honest people left anymore?! After having dinner here Thursday, I paid by credit card & didn't get it back from the server. Leaving a credit card in a restaurant doesn't mean it gives employees permission to try to charge purchases on it after you leave! I got notifications from my bank that unauthorized purchases were being attempted on my card. I got my card back the following day & the GM called & apologized, but I seriously doubt I'll ever go back to this place!

This place is hands down the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to! I used to work at a bdubs in California and haven’t been back to one in years. From the hostess Jade, when asked for a booth she immediately offered to go clean one for us without even asking. Our server Melody was so sweet and attentive. You can just tell she cares and delivers nothing but phenomenal service to all of her tables! And of course Ray, the bartender. He delivered drinks when noticing the restaurant got busy, made sure people who were there for their birthdays got special shout outs/songs, checked on tables like it was his job (most places you don’t get that from the bar staff) and made the whole place a vibe! My boyfriend and I will be back as regulars. This might even be our new favorite spot in all of Bradenton/sarasota. It is worth the drive, if you are thinking about it..I promise you won’t regret it. 5 stars all around. Food was also amazing!!!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff as a whole! The front end staff made us feel like family and the cooks in the back definitely pay attention to detail. I worked 11+ years in the service and bartending industry and the staff you have is one of a kind. Major props to you BDUBS, and management staff for hiring these employees!

I have not been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time. The first location I went to was in Orlando many years ago. What happened? The restaurant presented well, nice structure, bright signs, lots of TVs. Everything else was really off. Before 8pm someone was vacuuming the dining room. We waited a few minutes for a table. I ordered bone in wings and a Patty melt. The wings were undercooked, old and cold. The beef patty was overcooked and the bacon was burnt on the sandwich. The French fries were old, cold and dry. The celery, carrots and sauce looked and tasted great. The food even looked great when it arrived, then I started to eat. I started with a wing, nope, bite of patty melt, nope, finally the fries, zero for three. I asked for a box to take some items home. I just left them on the table. I wanted a half and half tea and they could not make it because the restaurant was out of sweet tea. The table was never cleaned or bussed. The service was slow but the server was friendly and nice. This did not seem like a one off or a bad night. I bet this is just the new standard. If you want wings I would try someplace else.

It took over 50 mins after my wife's meal landed on the table for the wings to come out. Only explanation was we were backed up. Not, how can I make this right. Horrible management rolls down to the employee. We come in at 8pm. We are almost out of Sweet Tea. We are not making more.... really.... hard pass this location in the future.

Idk what it is with BWW but it's not just one restaurant it is all of them. BWW tends to always be understaffed. I came with my daughter and I ordered her the kids chicken tenders and fries. I ordered myself 6 boneless wings and potato wedges and my food came out first. My beer hadn't even came out and we waited almost 10min to order my daughters drink. After all my beer came out before my daughters food came out. I was not going to start eating in front of my daughter. BWW needs to step it up or this restaurant at university will go out of business too as the one in Bradenton, on 41 did. Their food is good to me but the service is just terrible. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just isn't there.

For starters, of course my order is wrong. I already went back inside to get it fixed thank goodness the bartender was helpful. The dude in the front with the sleeve of tattoos, no help at all he was staring at his phone. I had to literally wave my hand in front of his face to get his attention. The food is terrible.

Tonight we had a really good experience and Kisha was our amazing server! She was super friendly, attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and very nice. She really made our visit great! Definitely coming back and asking for her again! Thank you Kisha!

I had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our waitress, Kisha. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made great recommendations, kept our drinks filled, and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Everything came out quickly and just how we ordered it. Kisha truly made our meal more enjoyable with her great service and welcoming attitude. If you visit, ask for Kisha—you won’t be disappointed!

Li Keisha was amazing! Me and my two friends had lunch there the other day. She was super kind and sweet! Definitely will return for her service alone. She had all our food come out fresh and in a timely manner! No mistakes, no send backs! And all smiles! We will definitely be back just because of her !
