Went in on a busy Sunday football and had Gabby, she was efficient and great 10/10

Went to watch football and sat at the bar. Was initially greeted and ordered drinks and then food. After that no one paid any attention to us. After 20 minutes had to ask if I could have another beer. And this was after bartender walked past us numerous times. Then after another 20 minutes had to ask for the check. This was at a bar that seats 12 and there were only 6 people. Very annoying

Worst service ever!!!! We have been sitting and waiting for our server to come to us and she keeps coming by and just saying “give me one sec” for the last 20 minutes and with a attitude

I had the pleasure of having Kaitlyn as my server tonight and man was she amazing. She went above and beyond and paid attention to every detail, even recommended an amazing drink. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope she’s still there!

Had a great experience. Bartender was Taylor and she is amazing. Everything was super clean and she was extremely friendly and professional. Definitely coming back!

Actually, I didn't have the patience to order food. 15 minutes at the bar was long enough for me. I know the food is a B+ on a good day, but you at least used to know that you would get half-decent service, moderately carbonated beer, very solid wings, and most importantly, a reasonable check. Well, take half-decent service out of the equation gents. Sorry to see it go.

Our queso was watered down (not its normal consistency) and our cheese curds were burnt on one plate but the other was fine. The General Manager of Buffalo Wild Wings on University was rude and never apologized or made things right. He just said well that’s how it is. BWW has always been a family favorite place to go for food, I would never recommend this location.

Pathetic service. Ordered some wings for pickup, there were 3 or 4 who went past multiple time not bothering to help while I waited for more than 10 mins.. (one girl came, inquired and went inside, never even bothered to come back and give an update..). it was not even a busy night .. oh dear BWWs.

I was going out late around midnight to grab some food as my boyfriend and I wasn’t able to eat all day. The deal on the phone was $18 with tax for our order while over the phone I was told $31. When we got there my boyfriend went in to confirm the price as we weren’t sure if there was a misunderstanding over the phone and asked the hostess. The hostess wasn’t sure and went to grab the manager. My boyfriend re-explained the situation and wanted to confirm it wasn’t a second order or anything and the manager told him to “take it or leave it” and that “if you don’t want it, then you don’t want it”. I’m not upset about the price, but I’m more upset about how the situation was handled and the managers tone. Sad to hear that’s how managers talk to people.

Wet lemon pepper wings were amazing!
