The crowd was steady, so we went to try the Bikini Bottom SpongeBob meals. My favorite was the SpongeBob's Krabby Whopper - great staff! A little disappointed though no SpongeBob socks (LOL) or something.

Bridgette is the sweetest! She always greets me with a smile at the drive-thru, is super friendly, and keeps things moving fast. Food is always fresh and hot. Love coming here because of her!

I pulled up around 8:50PM or so on 10/12/2025 with one person in front of me. I placed my order and proceeded to wait around 10-15 minutes. I then get to the window and the lady asks, you had the jalapeño poppers right? My answer, no and there is no one else in the takeout line. I then tell her I have the chicken fries. She takes my card and walks off. I am then given a drink (wrong drink, asked for coke and given sprite). 5 or so minutes later, a guy comes back and hands me the chicken fries. I ask him to correct the drink to which he does. I then leave after we are done and go home. I realize the next morning the lady never gave me my card back. I call Burger King to make sure they have it before driving over to collect it and surprise surprise, they don’t. Had to cancel my card and order a new one. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Just about everything that could have went wrong, did. No one seemed too bothered either that my card is nowhere to be found.

Ordered 2 Whopper combos through the mobile app to be picked up via drive-thru at 5417 Lockwood Ridge Rd location in Bradenton and took almost 5mins just to get someone to greet/answer on the speaker. After finally telling the cashier we placed a mobile order and was told to pull up to 2nd window we waited an additional 10mins. I finally went inside to see what was going on. There was 2 working the back and only one cashier working both drive thru and front counter. There was only one customer waiting for food at the counter with another complaint how his burger didn't have a top to it. Mind you this whole time the Mgr was nowhere to be seen and I had to call the cashier over to find out where our mobile order was. She could not find it, then asked the kitchen to put our order together, which took another 10mins. The burger was ok, but the fries was not ok and made my wife sick. WOW! This store lacks good management as to why it is poorly run and has so many complaints. I know for a fact if it had better management this store would be so much busier because of its location.

As a dasher and someone who’s worked in the food industry for over 10 years it’s extremely frustrating to have to wait for food over 15-20 mins. I had a DoorDash order and it wasn’t prioritized among the rest of the online orders as I was supposed to LEAVE with a DoorDash order in my hand by 10:40 am waited till 11:05 am still nothing come to find out the employee prioritized an order that still has no driver. Meanwhile I’m there waiting for a small order with one-two items over 20 mins. I suggest to get someone on to-go and someone in the drive thru window if that one person can’t manage both. Unfortunately us drivers don’t get paid to sit and wait over 20 mins on such a small order

I always use the drive-thru when I go to this location, and they are always terrible. It takes forever. The management must not be very good because they are not very customer service oriented. Also I was waiting of the drive-thru while they took an order in the other lane for like 5 minutes and then they took another person in the same Lane instead of taking my order. I don't think I will return to this location.

This is one of the worst Burger Kings in Bradenton. Didn’t tell me to come to the 2nd window to pay, so I sat at the 1st window for a long period of time while they just stood there at the 2nd window waiting for me to figure it out myself. Then sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come take my payment. Waited another 15 minutes for my food to come out. 5 cars waited behind me for the entire time as well. I’m always hesitant at going to any BK but this one will definitely be a last resort if ever again.

I really want to like this Burger King because it’s close by and convenient, but unfortunately, it’s been a bit of a frustrating experience most times I visit. The staff are generally polite, but service is very slow—even when it’s not busy—and my orders are often incorrect. It also seems like the location could benefit from stronger management to help things run more smoothly. I’m hopeful things will improve because I know this spot has potential.

We had a cheap night from our keto diet. We love the whopper so we ordered triple whoppers with extra tomato, extra lettuce, extra onion, extra bacon, extra mayonnaise extra mustard we got a pile of crap we have learned now we will not go to Burger King or at least this one on 70 unbelievable the lack of quality especially when you pay as much as you do now it was $70 for four sandwiches Burger King on 70 you Are terrible
