If I could give no stars I would. Got my order not corrected twice informed manager at window what was on the order was told to pull up they’ll bring it out still had to go inside restaurant and the managers are rude. honestly I just want my refund at this point and I will never be back here. That’s the fact. I’m done with Burger King period.

I've come to this location twice and there's always something going on. First time they were out of 2 of the menu items I asked and I ended up ordering 2 rodeo burgers which took them like 20 minutes to prepare eventhough I was the only car in the drive thru and today needed something quick and as soon as I get to order I'm caught with "hey love our system is down" damn... 2 for 2.

This burger king on state road 70 on Lakewood ranch near I75 Is amazing, food was perfect, service was really good, the place was clean and smell good ,recomendado.

Monica was rude told me I couldn't get want I ordered because I didn't want the toy or cookie in the kids meal and I couldn't give it to anyone else. Then the food was cold when I got to the Walmart in the same parking lot. And their phone number didn't work to call them back.
