Every time I have been to this location it takes 20 plus minutes to get food from the drive through even if there is only one or two cars ahead of you. Won't be returning. There's a Chick-fil-A right up the street that can handle 20 cars in less than 10 minutes.

Worst service! Waited 15 minutes for no one to great us or take an order. Wish I could give zero stars cause they deserve nothing and to be shut down! Do better Burger King! I have also been through the drive through another time and it took 30 minutes to drive right up to the screen to order, and then wait for food! Terrible service!!!

Drive thru speaker barely works, waited over 30min for my food and eventually had to go inside to get it, and the order was wrong. Multiple people just standing around doing nothing and it takes an extensive amount of time to get your food that is poor quality every time I go here. I love a whopper but unfortunately won’t be going here anymore to get it.

We are from Maine visiting family and my kids wanted Burger King for a quick dinner. We placed a mobile order and got to the drive thru, waited in line for a while for the car in front of us. Got to the window and the woman didn’t smile, say hi or anything, she was on her personal cellphone, talking. She just handed us a bag and said what was in it. I said nope that’s not ours, I said I have a mobile order for Jamie. She started saying rude things about me and how I was rude and talking to the other employees. Took her time getting it ready and my husband just asked if something was wrong because she was being so rude. She looks at us and laughed and was mocking us. Never going back there.
Whopper and fries prepared quickly, sat there until cold when employee finally strolled out from the back, put food on platter and gestured to me that it was ready. Very unprofessional and totally lacking any care about customer.
