My friend from Buffalo introduced me to this restaurant and she always gets a pizza that is definitely tasty, love stopping here on our way to Naples. My go to is their BBQ pit wings and definitely in my top favorite for chicken wings and their chicken tender sub-plain flavored which reminds me of my local sub shop in NJ that has been long gone, glad I found this spot.

We have been coming here for many years, at least weekly. While every business goes through their ups and downs, the lack of consistency at Casa Di Pizza has come to the point where we are done. The pizza now either comes out burnt or raw, no in between. The lack of consistency happens when busy or slow. The manager vaguely acknowledged one was burnt, but offered no solution despite knowing how loyal we have been. It was clear that they simply do not care. Spending over $20 for a small pizza means it should come out edible, right?

I've been here 5 times now. I keep being told that the food and service is amazing by friends. Every time I've been here, I get the wrong food. Order a Cheese pizza, get supreme. Order a burger, get a chicken sandwich. The staff is not responsive and could care less. Who wants to sit around and wait for food when the rest of the table are eating?

I called in my order on saturday AROUND 4:30PM of 5 large pizzas and 30 wings (131.00) on Saturday, the guy on the phone was VEEERRRY rude. He seemed annoyed to be at work or answering the phone. He rushed me through my order and I stopped ordering because I didn't feel welcome, I felt like a bother. Well when I came to pick up my order the girl at the counter acted the same way. I got cold treatment and she printed my tip slip and placed it down and walked away. No real connection or conversation....VERY transactional. Got my pizza and things changed once she saw that I tipped 9 dollars on my to go order. Offered to help me to my car and all. I REALLY hate when I go places and your are only treated well after a tip. Just disappointing service. I think this i a great place to eat but just a reminder when times are slow and business isn't always great....you can lose or gain customers ONE TRANSACTION AT A TIME!!! I hope you are making a reserve for rainy days. Im not gonna say that I will never be back but I will exercise other options, this will not be #1 on my brain to go and visit based on this last experience.
