I typically enjoy visiting this Chili’s location, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. Our server, Jason, provided the worst service I have ever encountered at any restaurant.
Upon being seated, Jason was openly arguing with his manager about being assigned to our table. This interaction was loud, unprofessional, and set a negative tone from the very beginning. Regardless of the circumstances, this behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing environment.
To be quite frank, we didn’t even bother to order our meals. Only my children placed their orders, and we decided to take their food to go. Throughout our short time there, Jason’s attitude toward us remained poor—unwelcoming, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
When it came time to pay, he even attempted to remove the table tablet before I could provide feedback on my experience, which felt dishonest and further demonstrated a lack of accountability.
I understand that the holidays can be a stressful time, but when you are at work, the service you deliver matters. This experience fell far below the standard I expect from this location.

This Chili's here in Bradenton,Florida, has got great food with awesome service.
Amazing service, I was surprised today, hope this is usually the case, but all we are human, it can be different, but as I said, today - excellent and delicious!!

The food was disgusting ,the meat was very hard I couldn’t eat it, prices are very high and everything is super processed, nothing fresh, you can buy something way better than this food and cheaper

Had lunch today and ordered my usual chicken fajitas and what I received was lily white chicken...no grill marks or taste it almost seemed like they boiled the chicken. Manager told me that Chili's changed the way they process their chicken. Bad decision. I normally don't have an issue with service there but today our server, although new, didn't bring his brain to work with him and we had to ask several times for everything and it was not busy. All around disappointing experience and will definitely not going back any time soon.
**I should also mention that it was my birthday lunch with my stepmom which made it even more disappointing - we should have gone to Mr. Tequila which is always good!

The focal point of the dish for Ultimate Smokehouse combo must be Baby Back Ribs but after we patiently waiting for 20-25minutes, there was no baby back ribs on the dish !!
I'm not sure what's wrong about it lol I looked on the menu I wondered what's kind of this dish that isn't appeared on the menu.. So we needed to wait more for pork ribs about 20 minutes.. It's surprised and wondered why you didn't put the ribs on my plate.The main focal point dish is main clients expectation.
I ordered Ultimate Smokehouse combo with the option Jalapeño-Cheddar Smoked Sausage and Chicken Bacon Ranch( instead of crispy chicken) as always. I ordered this dish with the same option that were not the problem.

This is the worst chilis I have ever been to. Jessie the waitress there is absolutely TERRIBLE! She is racist and highly unprofessional. She was rude with an attitude from the moment she came to take our order. She was highly inpatient and tried to rush us to put in our order. She NEVER came back to check on us not one time but when it came to the two white men across from us she was constantly back and forth to their table making sure they were fine and they came to the restaurant after us. The food was god awful, no type of flavor. Money and time absolutely WASTED!!!! I would NEVER return to this location ever again. They need to get rid of their racist staff. She treated my family terribly!!
