I ordered two items last night - a salad and a scoop of ice cream. They DID NOT give me my sundae. My order was picked up by someone else and they had no idea what I had ordered. When they got back to the hotel, my sundae was not there.
When you have an order with 2 items on it, how do you not include one of the items? It was not at closing time, pay attention to DETAILS….its not difficult.

I have always found Culver's to be very clean and friendly. Their Burgers are very good, and can be ordered the way you want them with a good variety of toppings from lettuce, tomatoes and onions to bacon and mushrooms and more in between. You do not have to have cheese on it either. Their french fries are very good, but their onion rings are the best I have had at a fast food restaurant. When you go in, they take your order at the counter. They will give you a cup for your drink and a sign with a number for your order. Get your drink and find a table. They will bring your meal to you when it's ready. It's made for you, not just sitting there waiting for someone to come in and want it. The drive thru works the same way, and they are reasonably priced.
UPDATE: 12/2026 Well we finally got back to Florida after a too long stay up north. We've had a couple of delivered meals, but we wanted Burgers, Fries, and Onion Rings. I went over to Culver's remembering how good everything was. I was not disappointed! The Double Butter Burger's were delicious, Fries Great and the Onion Rings were to die for! Service was very friendly and quick. Still love this place!

Visited 9/20 at 4:44pm. Ordered a medium Oreo milkshake. Was told to pull up. There was one person in line in front of us. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes for a MILKSHAKE. We had to drive back around through the drive through to ask/remind them. The cashier said “oh….uh…I can ask where it is”… we received a fully melted milkshake at 5:13pm. When we asked to remake it, the girl goes “oh yea just so much going on”…. It only got busy at the restaurant AFTER we placed and paid for the order. The customer service today was awful, they didn’t offer to remake the milkshake, constantly just made excuses, I received the correct order at 5:18pm.

I live in a Culver’s free state so when we travel, if there is one nearby, we make a point to stop. This is the first location that served warm French fries. They usually are super hot when they arrive to our table. We are in the area for a few days so I will stop again to see if it was a fluke that I got warm fries. Everything else was fine with our food.

Food just like all Culver's but tables are never cleaned. Every table is dirty. We come in every Sunday and end up grabbing papers towels and cleaning the table ourselves before sitting down.
