This culver’s has never let me down till last night, 6/9/2025. I went to the drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich no mayo or tomato (i’m allergic) and was given one with both mayo and tomato. It wasn’t a big deal so i went back around, asked for a new one and when i pulled up to the window, the girl said “here” and closed the door. No apologies, no have a good night, not even a hello. On the first receipt it even says no mayo or tomato so it wasn’t like they didn’t hear me, nor was it busy. As a manger in customer service, this is embarrassing and very unprofessional, making a mistake is one thing but treating the customer like their burdening you because YOU messed up is another.

Once again the girl at service has proved it to be not the best.. btw, this is not the first time . But the food is good, it's just the persona taking the order. I tried to be nice, but very cold response. Not the normal Culver's standard, so whoever is the MGMT , may pls take a note. June 6, 110.30pm

As an lover of fast food, I frequent this Culver’s a lot and always the food has been fresh and good. However this time I order and used a coupon and the charges did not match up at all and I was charged extra by $8.49 even though on the receipt came out to zero. Additionally my butter burger was supposed to have a value basket added to it. Instead the fries and drink were added as separate items costing me extra. Inquisitive about the items on the receipt not adding up if it was a mistake I went in to ask. The young lady at the register was rather stand off-ish and didn’t give me an answer as to why the charges were the way they were. I mentioned that the coupon couldn’t have affected it since it didn’t mention anything about excluding the creation of a value basket nor why I was charged extra with the items not matching up with the total cost. Otherwise the food was good but unfortunately they put both fries upside down in my bag so they were mostly spilled around when I got home.

Would be 5 stars but since I received my food pretty cold Im disappointed, fries were soggy as well. I only come to the area a few times a year since I moved up north but every time I try to return to my favorite fast food spot it just keeps going downhill.

I went to this location and the service was horrible. I ordered and waited very long. Everyone who ordered after me was given their food. When I asked for a manager two young girls nonchalantly said they were the only managers there and neither were any help. They need to have older staff leading these young people.
UPDATE: The owner called me and wanted to make it right. That is a great sign of trying to make it right. Thank you!
I ordered 4 bacon dlx burgers in the drive thru. It cost over $40 dollars. I waited 19 minutes for my order. I drove home and discovered that NONE of the burgers had bacon. So disappointing.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are there all the time with their parents.
I got a salad there on 11-11 and as you can see from the picture, a large portion of the salad had bad lettuce. I won’t buy a $10 salad from here again.

I have been to this Culver's multiple times and they have no bananas for their milkshake. There is a place across the parking lot from them called the Walmart that always has bananas seems like they could petty cash out enough to get 3 to 5 lb of bananas to make it through a day. I am very disappointed!
