Visited 9/20 at 4:44pm. Ordered a medium Oreo milkshake. Was told to pull up. There was one person in line in front of us. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes for a MILKSHAKE. We had to drive back around through the drive through to ask/remind them. The cashier said “oh….uh…I can ask where it is”… we received a fully melted milkshake at 5:13pm. When we asked to remake it, the girl goes “oh yea just so much going on”…. It only got busy at the restaurant AFTER we placed and paid for the order. The customer service today was awful, they didn’t offer to remake the milkshake, constantly just made excuses, I received the correct order at 5:18pm.

I live in a Culver’s free state so when we travel, if there is one nearby, we make a point to stop. This is the first location that served warm French fries. They usually are super hot when they arrive to our table. We are in the area for a few days so I will stop again to see if it was a fluke that I got warm fries. Everything else was fine with our food.

Food just like all Culver's but tables are never cleaned. Every table is dirty. We come in every Sunday and end up grabbing papers towels and cleaning the table ourselves before sitting down.
Culver's food is good (what you'd expect: Burgers, Fries & Shakes). It's this particular location that isn't very desirable. Been here a few times (*not going back) and the staff doesn’t seem like they want to be there ... slow-moving & overall lackluster attitudes. The seating area is always in disarray: sticky tables, food/debris under the tables and the condiment/napkin area is a sloppy/ketchup-laden mess.
I'm sure other locations are better than this. It's a shame that this one seems to have lower standards.
Good for fast food and nice folks. Special order made exactly right.

Grilled chicken sandwich doused in the mayo sauce fell apart very messy flavor of chicken fell short competing with the sauce. Chili was good but very bland. Chocolate ice cream soft serve but could have used a bot more chocolate taste.
