I ordered two items last night - a salad and a scoop of ice cream. They DID NOT give me my sundae. My order was picked up by someone else and they had no idea what I had ordered. When they got back to the hotel, my sundae was not there.

When you have an order with 2 items on it, how do you not include one of the items? It was not at closing time, pay attention to DETAILS….its not difficult.

I have always found Culver's to be very clean and friendly. Their Burgers are very good, and can be ordered the way you want them with a good variety of toppings from lettuce, tomatoes and onions to bacon and mushrooms and more in between. You do not have to have cheese on it either. Their french fries are very good, but their onion rings are the best I have had at a fast food restaurant. I live in a Culver’s free state so when we travel, if there is one nearby, we make a point to stop. This is the first location that served warm French fries. They usually are super hot when they arrive to our table. We are in the area for a few days so I will stop again to see if it was a fluke that I got warm fries. Everything else was fine with our food.
