I normally don’t take the time to complain but this is just straight up stupid people not using their brain. I ordered a large iced chai tea latte with oat milk and cookie butter syrup. “We don’t got no cookie butter syrup” ummm okay it’s on ur menu but okay. So I asked for vanilla instead. Then they proceed to give me a medium coffee with just regular milk. Literally a regular ice coffee. No oat milk. No vanilla. And no chai. I didn’t take the time to turn back because I was already driving away but I just want to know how you’re going to have an attitude with me and then give me the completely wrong thing. Dunkin NEVERRR gets their orders right which is so interesting. Are employees back there just winging it with people’s orders???? This location is trash and has been for a long time.

there was an incident outside of the Dunkin location around 3:30-3:50pm yesterday (Dec 28th), one of the employees (a young lady and her friend). decided to record the people involved, even yelling out towards one of them for being confused as to why she's recording. she had her stomach hanging out of her shirt, wasn't even paying much attention to the customers inside either. she's very rude, very unprofessional and how she carried herself did not look right. she was being overly nosey and involving herself where it did not belong, i find that to be extremely unprofessional.
Waited in line at drive thru for 15 min. No croissants so got sour dough bread, ordered 2 hash browns. Only received 1/2 of an order, said we were missing 1 the cashier said oh we would have to cook more if you want them. We just left very aggravated. Terrible service,

I ordered a 6 dollar coffee and they served it 80% full. I asked Kel to fill it up all the way and she returned it still not full. Photo is included in them review. These are expensive coffees and the culture at this Dunkin location is extremely hostile, dramatic, mean and abrasive. Last time I was here they were cursing and yelling while talking about their personal lives (and take personal phone calls in the lobby seating areas while cursing to the people they talk to when on break). Screaming and cursing to each other when customers are in the store (me included) is very unprofessional and uncomfortable to be around. Elderly people visit this location as do families and their children.

They took over 14 mins to make a $6 meal dea in the drive throughl, got the order wrong, were rude and disorganized, and forgot to give me my change back when I paid in cash (I had to remind her that she owed me money and then she rolled her eyes at me). And they forgot to give me a straw. Skip this Dunkin and go to the one on 53rd and US 41 instead.
I am not one of those to post things about about anything , but after today, the worst customer service ever.!!!! Top of that How u going to be at a job higher then a kite?! The whole crew need to be fired… Top of that very rude when i came through the drive way.. like if u don’t want to work there don’t work there simple……
I waited in line for 15 min get to the order screen and am told that there will be a 15 minute wait for anything as I’m trying to order a cold brew coffee because they say they are super backed up mind you there are no cars in front of me at this point or in the parking lot. The girl that was taking the order, had a bad attitude and continue to tell me that they were out of almost everything which seems to be almost impossible.

Ordered a hot Dunkalatte with toasted almond. Lady was rude and said that they dont do that. That its not a thing. I said, yes, it is, its on the app, the menu board, and website. She said that the app is wrong. She argued with me and said that I should just get a hot coffee with toasted almond 🙄. This location is trash and had been for a long time. Rude, unprofessional, and untrained staff. Long wait times. Orders are always messed up. Where is management?

I go there alot and everytime i go there they are so rude and rush me they never greet me they get mad everytime i give them my app to scan and today i got a doughnut and the frosting was melted off the whole box was covered in chocolate i asked for another one and it was the same they always throw my doughnuts upside down in the bag i hate how im treated there and when i go inside they are always being rude to other co workers

Went to this location, sat at the drive-through for a few minutes with no response, pulled up to the window and it didn’t look like there was a soul in there but there were 2-3 cars in the lot. 2:45PM

Bad experience, I went here yesterday and I got a star donut next thing I know there wasn't my donut in the bag, and there was a young teen black lady she was really rude and we even saw her eating the donuts. And also it is so expensive one drink for 9$ for small cup, you could buy more things in Starbucks for 9$. IM NOT COMING BACK

I made an uber eats order yesterday and the girl had my uber driver call me and tell me the cereal and milk iced latte was discontinued. We'll its still on the menu. I called this morning and asked the girl if they had it. And she said yes. Waiting for my order now. We shall see. Horrible staff. Im sure not all are but still. They probably just didn't feel like making it! Tbh

Slow, slow, slow...sat in drive thru 20 minutes. Needs proper training for staff; these poor women did not know what's going on or who ordered what. Ordered 1 dozen donut holes and got 11. No big deal, but never going back.
