Yesterday I went to this location in the morning, the coffee was awful the milk or half and half they add to it was bad. Mind you I was visiting there once I left I couldn't go back. Bad bad service. If they don't want to work serving the public please don't work in places that people go to be serve.

It seemed like they were training, so even though I used the app, there was still a wait.
This dunkin is the sole reason why everyone says “my drink tastes different every time”. Besides a couple really nice employees, everyone else is just pretty much doing less than the bare minimum. Long lines, no rush for drive times constantly. I can understand a few difficult customers sometimes holding up the line, but it only seems to move when the employees actually care. I don’t mean to be rude, but spending my money for the hope my drink tastes right is getting old and annoying.

The new manager is very rude she doesn’t even speak to you when spoken too all the new staff she has hired is not being trained right and is not making the drinks right when you go back and ask them to remake a drink you are to be made to be feel like a liar like you’re just trying to get a free drink when you pay six dollars daily for a drink expected to be right and not to be made to be a liar when complaining about your drink not being correct most of the employees are very rude if you want to drink to be made correctly do not go to this location

Workers are nice. I would order here quite a bit before work but recently my matcha and chai lattes have been tasting like coffee ?? I like Dunkin matcha and chai cause they have good flavor compared to Starbucks and my body can’t handle coffee so I drink that instead but I keep getting both in my drink by surprise 😭
