Salt & Pepper serves excellent food. The food truck has very good Peruvian flavor, with dishes like canchita, ceviche, chicha morrada, and arroz con mariscos. The lomo saltado is also flavorful and a good sized portion. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The portions are huge and steaming hot, made with fresh produce and good quality meat. However, there is a standard wait time of at least an hour for food. It is recommended to order ahead and have them text when the food is ready. Overall, Salt & Pepper is a great place to eat, with fast and friendly service, and incredible food.
