Marcus and Karl are amazing very professional always smiling always quick service and they always thank you for being loyal customer. There is not enough that can be said no matter how many people are in line it moves quickly and the food is always cooked to perfection. Dunkin’ needs to clone these two. I stop here every night for my coffee and usually the first thing I get a chance to eat all day. The other day I was far way and went to another location and had the worst service...

I asked for a chicken croissant, and they instead gave me a bagel with cream cheese. I'm not sure if they mixed up my order or ripped me off. Regardless, I found it unprofessional that they didn't even talk to me the entire time, not even a simple hello. I love their food and drinks, but the employees should be more efficient.
