Can’t understand how I order the same drink all the time and always taste different but today on top of it, I have around four fingers missing worth of coffee??? And pay almost 6$????

Got the new smores coffee. Was nothing but syrup couldn't even drink it hash browns soggy as hell don't recommend this place this is the 4th time they screwed up my order and wasted my money will never be back

You are supposed to be a donut shop. Never have donuts! 2pm and no donuts. Just as well close down! Very frustrating!
2 out of 6 donuts were not what I ordered. I was at the counter inside too. The worst was getting a lemon filled when I was told they were Bavarian Crème, my favorite. To the trash they went.

I went before work to get something to eat and I asked for 2 strawberry donuts and a double chocolate donut. When I arrived to work I saw it was only one strawberry donut, a regular chocolate and a random plain bagel. I went back and told her she didn’t give me what I PAYED FOR and she replied with “I gave you what I had” and when I expressed to her that she should’ve communicated that she said she did have double chocolate donuts and she would give that to me.
