Went in today and after we ordered we donated a dollar then asked her to round up the 44 cents to the dollar. The cashier did not understand what rounding up was and added another dollar and when we tried to explain her coworker came in and snapped at us or her “its a dollar minimum” We gave in accepting that they didn’t know what they were doing and didnt get the coupon for donationing

Ordered an Avocado toast with bacon, and a large Mango lemonade on mobile order. Took 15 minutes to get my order, for half the bacon to be undercooked and inedible on my UNtoasted bread. Its called Avocado TOAST for a reason. Won't be returning to this location. No excuse when SevenBrew had a line of cars 30 deep at the same time there was hardly anyone at dunkin😒

Walked in at 7:45pm, they were closing at 8 and still brewed me a fresh hot coffee. Service at this location was excellent.
A couple employees are nice however it is always inconsistent with getting the correct products. Also I went to pay with cash and they said they didn’t have change so they wouldn’t accept cash? Never heard of this from a store before. I think they were just being lazy, they didn’t even open the register to see if they could provide change for my cash. Luckily I had someone in the car with me use their card to pay.
