I have been eating at breakfast/lunch (brunch) cafes for a little over two decades. Most of these restaurants open early and close just after lunch (6am-2pm).What makes EggTown stand out is their lack of bench seats (I'm okay with this) and their menu.The omelette and eggs benedict section are amazing. They have a larger than normal kid's menu (if you have childen). Plus they have an amazing lunch menu (I'll go back and try that later). EggTown also has your traditional breakfast fare.My family and I ordered different meals. I had the hash omelette, my father had the EggTown skillet, and my mother had the Florentine Benedict. I cut the hash omelette in half so you can see how stuffed it was.The service was really nice and quick. You do get a lot of food for the price. And they do offer a cocktail menu if you need a little something different.I'm definitely going to go back to try something different.Parking: Shared parking lot in a shopping center.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kid's menu.

Food is well prepared. To substitute anything they charge you full price, so subbing spinach for potatoes and tomatoes for bread cost me a boatload of money, and I was not told that subbing it out would cost me the whole price of that item while I was letting them keep their bread and their potatoes. Imagine my shock when for one simple breakfast and a drink it was $30! The service was pretty good. The food was prepared pretty well. But I'm not gonna go pay $30 for an ordinary breakfast for one. so basically, they lost a customer on their first try. But it is a cute place, and their food is well prepared, although expensive. And they are absolutely not keto friendly and I did ask her. Can you substitute I think it was for the potatoes and spinach for the toast, and she said sure, but she didn't say oh yeah we're gonna charge you you know another 10 or 15 bucks for that.I don't know if she could've subbed it out without charging me all of that. I don't know. But, the damage is done, and I don't wanna afford $30 for just a simple breakfast for one.

My mistake was to order the salmon eggs Benedict not reading properly that it was cooked salmon and not cold smoked. I have never run into that before, and it was not good.Others in my company had much better food.
