Unfortunately pretty unsatisfied with the overall experience. We had reservations at 2 for the upgraded wine tasting and we did not get started until about 2:20 since the previous group was running late but looked to be more so socializing at the tasting bar. We had a group of 5 people. During our tasting session, it seemed pretty rushed. We weren’t even done with our sample tasting before she started pouring the next round. There was hardly any information provided about the wines, no processes. We were asking questions and she did not know the answers. The wine was good and the sorbet’s were extremely tasty, the strawberry sorbet was SO GOOD! We started our time 20 minutes late and were done right at 3pm.Now the food, extremely disappointed not only in the quality but also in the customer service. My husband went inside to order two sandwiches, a caprese panini for me and a Cuban for him. He was told that he could not get the Cuban without mustard because all sandwiches are premade in the morning… She told him she could scrape it off, you cannot just “scrape” off mustard from bread. So basically she refused to make him a sandwhich and so he ordered nothing and did not buy the 3 bottles of wine he wanted to get to bring home because of this. My “panini” was on a pressed hoagie roll and not panini bread. The mozzarella was thinly sliced deli cheese and not the type of fresh mozzarella you use to make caprese OR what’s pictured on their menu selection. My husband is not the type to voice his concerns but I am. Honestly, I’m happy I was not inside with him when he ordered the food because I would have gladly spoke up. I don’t think this was right at all, and definitely not customer service oriented. For having such a great wine selection, it’s pretty unfortunate that the food options do not even compare and cause loss of sales. I mean they obviously have the ingredients on hand to make the sandwiches whether it be in the morning or not. She just didn’t want to, plain and simple. I know it sounds kind of silly but it’s just rude and put a damper on the whole experience. Not sure if we will go back if this is how we are going to be treated.

Beautiful area and atmosphere. Great people and music. Didn't get to try any of the wine, unfortunately. But my wife and I hope to be back again. A place definitely worth giving your business and a place worth the visit.

We had a wonderful afternoon at Fiorelli’s Winery.We noticed they had Wine Sorbet on their menu and wanted to give it a try. During our visit they had Strawberry and I believe the other flavor was Blackberry Merlot, but I’m not sure, it was the darker one. The Strawberry was a little more mild and the darker one had a stronger wine flavor. The portion is a good size, it was bigger than we expected so, thank you! I’m guessing, but it seemed to be a least 8oz.The scenery was pretty and the weather was nice (in March) to sit outside.There was live music and it added to the ambience.They have a playground near the outside seating.While visiting family in Sarasota, we were looking for a place to go besides the beach and this was a good alternative.

We visited this place on January 20, 2024, we took a 3-hour trip, when we got there we asked about the tour and there was no tour, in theplace if there were 10 people it was a lot, a solitary person singing on one side and there was nothing to do, the testing place only 3 people and the person we asked about the wines did not know much about wines. What we thought would be a spectacular day after 3 hours of travel turned into a total disappointment, also the place is a little neglected, starting with the bathrooms, we were only there for about 15 minutes, and not only us who had gone, If not, other people who had also arrived at that place left because there was nothing to do there.

Came here a day after it had rained so the patio/outside area was not set up. There is indoor seating but it is limited. There were already a couple of groups doing a tasting inside so there was no more seating but one of the workers said she can set up a fire pit and cushions in the patio area so that we could sit outside. Staff was friendly, she let us try a sample. The other worker who set up the outside area was diligent in clearing the area and turning on the fire pit. We each got a flight which comes with 4 wines. My favorite was the blueberry wine. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing experience.

We had the most beautiful wedding ceremony and reception at Fiorelli back in October. From start to finish, Kristen was an absolute dream to work with and made every detail of our dream come to life. She was so kind and patient when answering all our questions, and on the day of she made sure everything on site was running as expected. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and what an awesome guest experience they had. This venue is such a hidden gem and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning outdoor wedding venue in the Tampa Bay area!
