Really enjoyed our meal here last night! The lady at the counter was very helpful on the menu and offered suggestions to help out from the various options. The food came up decently quickly and tasted fresh, full of flavor and hot! There’s just a service/order counter and then tables and food is brought out to you. We will definitely be back for more, thoroughly enjoyed the meal and worth a shot if you’re looking for Ramen/Pho in the UTC area!

Kaizen Japanese Kitchen never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made fast. The staff is super friendly and the service is consistent every time I come in. Easily one of my favorite go-to spots in the area.

Came in for the first time can’t lie food was delicious!! But front desk lady did not seem to be in a good “mood” first was smiling when taking our order, but when it came down to giving us our food she just sat it on the table didn’t say anything just sat it and walked away.. Then brought out the second dish and when I said thank you she just walked away then said your welcome like… Ummm… Ok.. But overall food was good! If your not a people’s person THIS JOB ISNT FOR YOU!! Would not come back though.

Front lady seemed very unhappy she seemed annoyed with my grandparents for asking questions, food was actually not the best at all. My bamboo shoots were sour and tough to bite. My chicken was chewy, the broth in the katsu ramen was very salty and did not have a rich flavor at all. It was a DARK brown. It just seemed like it had sat for a very very long time… Definitely will not be back..
