Came in for the first time can’t lie food was delicious!! But front desk lady did not seem to be in a good “mood” first was smiling when taking our order, but when it came down to giving us our food she just sat it on the table didn’t say anything just sat it and walked away.. Then brought out the second dish and when I said thank you she just walked away then said your welcome like… Ummm… Ok.. But overall food was good! If your not a people’s person THIS JOB ISNT FOR YOU!! Would not come back though.

Front lady seemed very unhappy she seemed annoyed with my grandparents for asking questions, food was actually not the best at all. My bamboo shoots were sour and tough to bite. My chicken was chewy, the broth in the katsu ramen was very salty and did not have a rich flavor at all. It was a DARK brown. It just seemed like it had sat for a very very long time… Definitely will not be back..

I can’t say too much about the food because I go for the boba. This place is beautiful with its painted walls and HUGE variety of different choices and drinks to purchase. Every Boba place I go to doesn’t have my favorite boba drink but here they have it all. There is never a wait to get my food or drink and I wish others could experience this wonderful restaurant.

First time eating here today…on other visits I’ve only had bubble tea… I ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry Udon and was very impressed, it was absolutely delicious and presented very Weill! I also ordered Winter Melon milk tea with blueberry popping boba…my favorite! My only complaint is no music and it was too dimly lit inside, needs to be a little more upbeat! Oh and a side note…. You guys need to use the AC….its way too warm inside!

Service and wait was good. The appetizers as well. The ramen itself was serviceable, but nothing to write home about. The dining area could also use a bit of TLC. Overall, the best thing about this place is its location. If you want ramen near UTC, go here. Otherwise, if you want the best ramen in Bradenton, go to Mitaka, where you'll find much better ramen, cleanliness, and vibes.

The staff is super friendly and professional, and the boba is amazing. But during the summer season, there’s no AC working, and the place gets way too hot—I can’t even imagine how the staff feels moving around in that heat.
Came here for my birthday with my husband. They only had 4 claw machines and they were all broken down. The AC was broken (it was 83°F in the restaurant). The boba and pho was probably the worst I've ever had. It also took about 20mins just for the food to come out. Would not recommend and we definitely won't be going back.

Trying JaRamen for the first time, compared to other ramen shops in the area, this place falls short. For the price the portion seem smaller than other places, the noodles seem overdone, the broth was good.
Service was ok, took the order at the counter and seated myself. The food was bought out fairly quick. The speed may be where the quality suffered.
Overall it was ok, definitely could get better value and experience at Mitaka ramen.

Food was ok, nothing special, but what upset me is that they removed all the claw machines, we drove 35 minutes to enjoy some ramen and claw machines but we got ramen and a place with no air conditioning and no claw machines

Pho and Ramen as an Asian fast foods are simple and sufficiently easy to make, there is no need to make it worse by making it BLAND and gentrifying it. Quite boring concoctions sold under names of Pho and Ramen fail to resemble each and lack of condiments at the tables is appalling. Whoever is running it does not love their customers.
