“Either they have new managers, better employees or both they really turned around in quality and speed. I stopped going to this location for a long time because after several bad experiences at this location I stopped going here. I now work close to this location and tried it out again and the food was done properly and was finished by the time I arrived. I use to go to the original jersey mike in point pleasant and this place held up to the quality. If I go there again and receive the same service I will change 5 star if I just got lucky I will edit this whole thing.“

I placed an in store pick up today during lunch and just as I pulled in to grab my food my toddler fell asleep in the back seat.

I called the store and begrudgingly asked if someone could run my bag out to the car to avoid waking my daughter up.

Jake, who answered the phone not only took care of this for me but made it obvious from his tone and demeanor that it wasn't a bother for him at all.
