“Above and beyond customer service like I experienced just now should be recognized.

I placed an in store pick up today during lunch and just as I pulled in to grab my food my toddler fell asleep in the back seat.

I called the store and begrudgingly asked if someone could run my bag out to the car to avoid waking my daughter up.

Jake, who answered the phone not only took care of this for me but made it obvious from his tone and demeanor that it wasn't a bother for him at all.

I cant explain how much this gesture saved my day.“

“This is not a review of the overly priced sandwiches nor a review of Jersey Mikes itself. This is a review of an employee at this specific location only. I came into the location with a seemingly short staff, 2 employees were working at this time. 1 was a bubbly young lady, I didn’t catch her name the other was a man named “Gator”. Most of my dealings were with Gator. He greeted me as I walked into the store and was more than pleasant. He and I had a wonderful chat about his grandfather, his history in the food industry, and inevitably his work ethic, all the time he continued to work and move the process along. I, never have been to a Jersey Mikes before, was taking my time and looking for the sandwich to feed my craving. I decided on a Steak and Cheese, this is where Gator promised that he was the best at making steak and cheese subs in the state and well he held true to his word. But, to perfectly honest he could have served me a subpar sandwich that anyone could have made and it still would have been one of the best subs I ate, why you ask? Because, to put it simply Gator made it sub with heart. The entire time I was there he was smiling (so was the young girl) and it just made the food taste better. Now, will I go back….i don’t know. I don’t feel I should have to take out a 2nd mortgage just to buy a single sandwich meal. But, if I go back it will be 100% just to see Gator and feel his happy, caring and welcoming personality in hopes it will rub off on me.“

“From the northeast (Philly, NJ), so we grew up eating Jersey Mike’s. They make the best subs of all. Bread is authentic and freshly sliced deli is great. Could remove a star because the price has gotten pretty high. But the sandwiches are so good that I cannot.“

“I eat at all the Jersey Mikes from Tampa to Port Charlotte. This one has by far the quickest service. Kale and Lady are what Jersey Mikes needs at all their locations. The two of them get done what 4 crew members can’t at the other locations.

“I love this sub shop. The food is a little pricey but completely work the cost. Where subway microwaves their steak for a sub, jersey Mike cooks their steak on a grill when you order your food. If you want to really eat good fresh food go here.“
