So I didn’t take pictures of my sandwiches this time because I ate them so quickly, but I did get a tuna sandwich and a turkey and it was super delicious. I’m very pleased with the quality of the food. The restaurant was extremely clean and the customer service was excellent, Nezza and Alex provided great customer service smiled and explained anything that I needed to know about the menu very helpful. Awesome people.

I had such a fantastic experience at Jersey Mike’s thanks to Alex and James! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they really care about making every customer feel valued.

Alex was incredibly efficient and made my sub exactly how I wanted it, all while keeping a great attitude. James went out of his way to check on me and make sure everything was perfect—something you don’t always see in fast-casual dining.

The teamwork between them was impressive; they worked smoothly together, and you could feel the positive energy they brought to the store. It turned a simple stop for lunch into an experience worth talking about.

Alex and James represent the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Huge thanks to them for making my visit such a great one!

Jersey Mike's is way above other chain sandwich shops!!!

Was reminded of this after my visit. Not only was the sub delicious as always, the people running the place actually care. James, on my recent visit, asked how my day was, we chatted for a bit, light convo. This attitude sits in stark contrast to other chain restaurants.

Came in here to grab a quick dinner to go for the fam. They were busy but James and the crew still greeted me. They immediately started asking my order and started putting it together. Great customer service from James, Metz’s, and Alex!

This is hands down the best jersey mikes location we’ve ever been too. We almost always get to see James here who we love, and today Nick and Ava were also helping us and they were also amazing. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and makes a great sandwich. The owner is lucky to have a great team like them! Never a bad experience.
