Jersey Mike's Subs

This store is very efficient and quick even with a lot of orders happening at the same time. When I went in the lady in front of me ordered 4 subs and I also ordered 4 subs and we were out quickly. Plus the ingredients are fresh. I was very pleasantly surprised! Shout out to John specifically who was also very friendly and personable despite the busy store.

I had a Chicken Sandwich.That was the worst sandwich ever.I had it only to bite.I have to throw it away.

I ordered the mini Italian Mikes way through the app. Service was friendly and sandwich was perfect. The mini is plenty of sandwich for most!

4 times. FOUR TIMES in a row now, I have ordered a sandwich and I have gotten a COMPLETELY different sandwich. I don't know if it's because they write down the order and people making it cant read it? Or what...but I ordered a chipotle cheesesteak with extra meat and extra chipotle mayo...only to open it at home and it's chicken. I HATE your chicken. And I don't know how this is possible considering my boyfriend (who picked it up) was the only one in there...so can't say it was busy or too loud. But we are just going to go to the one on university bc this is laughable. Sucks too, considering we live off of 70 and lakewood ranch Blvd. But we will go further for better service if necessary. Get it together.

I placed an order at 1 o'clock. The app said it would be ready at 1:11. I arrived at 1:19 and my order was not ready. I came back 30 minutes later at 1:49. It was not ready. I came back again at 2:09 and it was still not ready nor had it been started. The manager Hunter said if I didn't like it, I could leave, but I could not get a refund because they can't do that. These are not nice people and I'm pretty sure the girl with the face tattoos was on drugs. I watched her stare at sandwiches blankly not doing anything.

If you are the owner of this establishment, you need to spend some more time in your store at lunch time....you got problems

I ordered a sub on the app, and it was supposed to be done at 12:25. I got to the store, walked in, and looked at the to go rack. I noticed that my food wasn't there, so I patiently waited. No one ever asked me if I was there for a pick order. I had to go stand I line to be told that my order was ready yet. At this point in time, I have been there for 15 minutes.. As I was going to sit down, the guy called my name and said it had been sitting here the whole time. I'm glad that we are too lazy to put a bag on the rack. Now my hot sub is cold, and the cheese is stuck to the wrapper.

Great food, nice stuff, great place to grab lunch with family. The only issue is it's expensive but it seems to be expensive everywhere..

Old bread. Hard as a rock. Nothing inside the sub. The thing cost $20. Hell, a Subway sub would have twice the inside.

We eat at Jersey Mikes often but the first time at this location. It was the dirtiest JM we have ever been to. The crew all seemed like they hated their jobs and when they remember to change their gloves they throw the old ones on the floor. Not a do over for me.
