This is THE WORST location of JM. Three of the past four times I have been in, they have been out of what I wanted - last time no bread at all. I had ordered through the app and even when I got there no one told me they were out of bread - they kept saying working on your order. After around 20 minutes - we have no bread. Come back in 45 minutes. What?! No. Asked to speak to an owner or manager. We don’t know who you can speak to - don’t have their number. There has to be an adult you call in an emergency. Gave me an email address. I sent an email and got no response. I may a slow learner, but I learn eventually. I guess Jimmy John’s or another JM location will get my money.

James, Nick and Hunter act like they own the place and that’s a GREAT thing!!! For a franchise to have employees who make it feel like a local shop really is refreshing! They care and it shows! A delicious sandwich, clean restaurant and positive vibes are much appreciated! Thank you!!
