We come here all the time for lunch. The food is delicious and everyone is super helpful! The inside eating area is always clean and so are the restrooms. Kail , Nick and Hunter always take great care of us!!

I frequent the state road 70 location in lakewood ranch and am always greeted and serviced in a timely and friendly manner. The manager Kail ( like the veggie) as she says its truley a sub above!

I always have a great experience here. The team at Jersey Mikes is always pleasant from the moment I walk in. I had a great conversation with Kail while she made my favorite, a turkey and provolone. Being from NJ these type sandwiches are an everyday thing. Each store is independently owned by an investor. So the amount of meat and cheese varies. This store was very skimpy on both.

Worst subs ever. I'm from Jersey and these aren't authentic by any means. This is my 4th time trying these guys bc the website claims they're Jersey original. Well they're not. You get more bread than actual substance. Aaaaaaand they add stuff not in the descriptions. Awful food. Third rate. Go to Wawa for authentic Jersey/ Philly food. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

This was my second attempt at purchasing sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s Subs. The first time they were out of beef, turkey, chicken and ham. The second time, they had no bread. Not a good experience for a sandwich business.
If you want an example of how the labor shortage is killing FL come here. The primates at the local zoo would know more about customer service than the Beavis & Butthead working the evening shift there tonight. No customer service skills whatsoever- no acknowledgment of my 10 minute wait before they even greeted me. I walked out before they finished making my sandwich. Went to Five Guys instead. .

***** EDIT ****** the store manager replied promptly, addressing and rectifying my issues with this order in a professional and proactive manner which is very much appreciated and prevents this happening to other customers.I LOVE JERSEY MIKES BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE SUB.Yesterday my boyfriend and I split a Philly sandwich. I took my half to work and bit into something so hard, I thought it was a tooth. I managed to get a picture of it. I called him and told him and he told me he ate his last night and bit into something so hard it almost took his tooth out and didn’t want to tell me because he knows I won’t finish anything if I get a “gross bite”.He ended up swallowing it. I’m not sure if it’s plastic or a rock, but it was disgusting. It doesn’t bend or crunch. He said his tooth still hurts almost 24 hours later.I couldn’t get myself to eat another bite and I’m afraid it will scare us away from one of our favorite stores. I had to throw the entire thing away after that. I just thought this was a place I didn’t have to worry about that.
