What a uniquely Old Florida restaurant! The history and the location are fantastic. The food is very good and the menu is large, including an entire “bbq smoker” menu.
The decor is perfect, fitting the nature of the location!
Because of a birthday & consecutive visitors we went out to eat several times in an 8 day span. I had the same meal at 3 different restaurants, Linger was by far the best. Simple as that.
Haven’t been in a long time and while still mostly the same as the old days, feels cleaner and more open. Server was friendly and helpful, had small gaps in service when we were looking for her.
