I Called 8:30 they told me my order would be ready 10, 15minutes… it’s 9:15 i seen everyone(customers) leave out and I’m still here waiting

I ordered delivery, 1 supreme Chicago style and 1 thin crust NOT CUT. Didn’t try the Chicago style…it went in the freezer, it looked delicious though and the thin crust was very good. My issue was when the crust pieces are gone you have no choice but to pick up the inner pieces by sticking your fingers in the cheese & toppings hence the reason I request NO CUT!! And when it is cut that way you end up with these odd lil pieces that have no sauce or toppings on them…it’s just ridiculous. Their lack of attention to detail is what brought the star rating down. And I did try to call, spoke to a young lady who put me on hold she spoke to someone next to her in a different language that I did not understand and when she came back to the phone, she said she couldn’t help me for me to call back later. I was done.
They deserve 5 stars! I just picked up my order…it took a little longer than the cashier stated but that’s ok! They were sooo busy, even before I placed my order. They just opened and it seemed everyone wanted pizza on a Friday night! But to my point, the employees maintained their focus on getting the orders ready while providing good customer service! I honestly was very impressed! I’ll definitely be coming back! And cashier girl, you killed it! ??
