I love ljs but it is getting bad. This time I went and it was the best experience by far. The staff was very friendly they had the restaurant super clean and my food came out perfect. Thank you for that....
The sweetest personable lady greeted me immediately and took my order! She explained all. I briefly waited for my meal and a young man called out my name happily, and I thanked him as well. These customer service folks were superb, the food was hot and fresh, there was not one tiny issue...

This place is sloooow as molasses. Try to order 10 minutes ahead on the app but then it takes another 10 minutes for them to get it to you. At least the last 3 to 4 times I've been here.
I expect it to be unnaturally slow now so it's not as painful as it was the first time 🤣 At least the employees are fairly nice. In the end the food is just as good as any other KFC.
