The fountain drink dispenser is no longer available for dine-in customers, and there is often no one at the counter, encouraging the use of kiosks for ordering. However, the kiosks may have technical issues, as one customer experienced problems with the printer. The food, such as the Big Mac, is delivered promptly and is hot, but it was noticed that the portion size has decreased and the taste has suffered. On a positive note, the dining area and restrooms are kept clean. There was an issue with the availability of sodas during a busy lunchtime, and a customer who paid $9 for a Big Mac and fries did not receive a drink or a discount, leaving them feeling disappointed.
