I have become extremely unhappy with the atrocious inaccuracy of orders. This is particularly annoying as I am ordering through the app so there is no excuse for misunderstanding what is being ordered. Triple infuriating is these are drive-thru orders so you don't discover the error until you get back to work or home. Finally, when reporting these errors you are never compensated for the loss. Frankly, the complaint is not even acknowledged. You order a Double Filet-O-Fish, get charged for a Double Filet-O-Fish, but discover a regular Filet-O-Fish in the bag. Order a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe only to discover a regular QP instead. GET IT TOGETHER McDONALD'S! Your staff is earning $15 / hour or more to flip burgers. They need to do better!

The staff at this location were extremely rude. They made our food wring and when we politely asked to get it corrected we were met with extreme harshness and disrespectful behavior by not only the workers but the and I say this loosely "manager" as well. It was distasteful treatment and could have been avoided by correcting the mistake of putting onions on our sandwiches when specifically ordered them without onions.

I was very disappointed today with my visit to this McDonald’s. When I arrive to pull up to the drive-through, I was pleasantly surprised there was no line. At first, I thought maybe it wasn’t opened. It was the middle of the afternoon, so of course it was. As I pulled up to the menu and I heard the crewmember through the speaker his speaking was so mumbled. I could hardly understand what he was saying. I was very polite and ordered a number one with a sprite, a spicy chicken sandwich and a six piece chicken McNugget. Several times during my brief order I had to ask him to repeat what he said as he was trying to speak over me even stop speaking again he was mumbling his words and very difficult to understand. As I pulled around, it made sense his speaking was mumbled because he was chewing on something like a straw or something like that. He did not acknowledge that I had pulled up to the window, except for the fact that he opened. He was looking at his computer screen, stuck his hand out for me to hand my card to him, and then, after a brief moment, handed it back to me. I said thank you to him twice. He said absolutely nothing, and never acknowledge me not a single time with his voice or with a single motion in his body. It was extremely rude and the owners of this location should be ashamed. If someone is going to be greeting customer directly, they really should have some communication skills. When I went to the second window, the kid there seemed clueless. As he handed me my items, I opened it to make sure everything was correct and asked if there were 4 honey mustards in the bag. I got one for free and I paid $.25 Per honey mustard for the other 3. He said, and I quote “I have no idea I didn’t pack it”. he said this in the most nonchalant Manor. As for the quality of the food, the fries were great. They could’ve been hot, which would’ve been nice. Both sandwiches and the chicken McNuggets were barely warm. Very poor quality very poor service. Very poor communication. I would not go to this location again.

This is consistently one of the worst McDonald’s in the entire county to the point I would rather drive 15 extra minutes to university to get food there instead. The staff is incredibly rude from the drive through cashier to the managers. Your order WILL be wrong even if you just order a small fry they somehow find a way to forget your fries. I usually never sit in the window to check my food to not hold up people behind me but I just knew my order was wrong so I checked, brought it to one of the managers attention. Trying not to cause a scene I just let him know that my burger was a double not a single and then he snatched it out of my hand saying he needs to see the ticket and then proceeds to curse me out in Spanish as he was walking back to the kitchen. I’ve dealt with this manager before and he’s always a pain in the ass, anyways moral of the story is go literally anywhere else for food?? this location is in desperate need of some new management.
