The management here needs to be fired seriously last 3 times I’ve been in here they have messed up my order and you can tell they just don’t care pure lazy mess not to mention the Spanish manager is absolutely disgustingly rude

This store charges almost $7.00 for a med French fry and an ice tea ! Went a Tampa store and got a breakfast sandwich. Hash browns, and a coke for 5 bucks plus tax. They should realize inflation is way down ! Will not return here.

We had 6 fries in a kids meal, and had to have my burger remaid due to it being cold and the second one was cold also. Then there were flies everywhere. Absolutely horrible customer service and food quality sucked. Never again.

The manager is rude, unprofessional, and reeks of poor hygiene. He refused to fix the system, ignored my proof of payment, and spoke to me as if I owed him something. His attitude is arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for customer service.

Went through the drive-through today and ordered two things. The first one I was handed quickly and it was gone by the time I got the second item. It was the longest wait just to get an iced coffee really wish something would’ve been offered due to the long wait.
