My son wishes you guys had regular Nerds candy, but no complaints otherwise! It has been a good experience there every time.

Drove across town to Menchie’s in Bradenton on the 4th of July and called the store ahead of time around 9:30pm to confirm their hours due to the holiday. The employee that answered told us they were open until 11pm. Arrived a few minutes before 10pm and there were two employees inside cleaning up the store. They were laughing at us when we walked up to the doors and the doors were locked, and they just watched us walk away. A waste of time and completely unprofessional staff.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went in to get some dessert, Was offered a sample to try the flavors, I had tried two samples before finding the flavor I liked, before pouring an entire bowl I double checked to make sure I had my medication, I have severe blood sugar and heart issues, I realized that I had accidentally left my medication at home when I tried to leave an employee yelled at me for not purchasing anything and began to insult me! I have been to many Menchies in the past and have always been a huge supporter of them, but the one at this location has horrible customer service and has no regard for their customers, well being they only care about making money even if it means sending a customer into a seizure!

The frozen yogurt is great and so is the service. A young man at this location went out of his way tonight to make sure my wife and I had chairs for the outdoor seating. He also wiped down our chairs beforehand as there was a bit of ice cream on one. There were also two kind young ladies here who have helped us previously and show that they love working here. Nice job putting a solid team in place!

Smelled like rotten trash when we walked in. Felt like the air wasn’t working so it was super hot inside. Went outside so we didn’t have to sweat and smell the stench and the outside was completely disgusting. Looks like they haven’t cleaned or pressure washed like ever. I probably won’t be coming back after this visit unfortunately.

I ordered the acai bowl through Uber Eats. I’ve been trying to call the store regarding the food item and can’t get a call to go through. Very disappointing.

Secret Santa delivery was hard work so we stopped at the girls favorite frozen yogurt bar for a delicious treat.

another customer dropped scoops on the floor, gave them to employee to clean. The employee then put it back without cleaning them. Employees hang out in back room. Bathroom was a mess.

Drove 30 minutes since this was the closest one and and arrived about 10 minutes before closing just for the doors to be locked. No one was in view inside the store so i called and a lady picked up, i asked if they were closed, she told be yes, i asked why if it says 10pm online and on the door. She said they just decided to lock the doors but if i wanted to “just come in if you’re here” , even though i had already turned around . As someone who works in an industry very similar, locking the door even 5 minutes before closing is so unprofessional and misleading. Its not a restaurant where you have chefs to go home or the “kitchen closes”, their staff is in the back sitting the entire time and just come out of hiding to check you out, makes it feel so unwelcoming; something needs to change. Do better.

This is a pretty good frozen yogurt place with many different toppings. I like their original tart flavor and I don't really go for any toppings but they have a wide variety.During checkout it's asking for hat amount you would like to tip and it's not clear how skip this. Since it was a self-service with everything, not sure who am I tipping at this place.
