Pacific Counter - Lakewood Ranch

Awesome establishment where you don't have to sacrifice freshness, taste, and value. 10/10 for friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you have allergies and usually have a rough time dining out. There are plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The variety of teas are always a treat to wash down the best bowls in town.

From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel the good vibes overtake you. The place is kept very clean. You can see how fresh the ingredients are on the line and are encouraged by the employees to try everything. What an amazing and inviting way for you to get the full experience of building yourself a delicious bowl.

They have a ridiculously amount of options for a bowl place that I have been to. So naturally I was super excited! I chose to experience it by going with a bowl. I was allowed to choose a 1 or 2 base, 2 proteins, 5 mix-ins and toppings, and a sauce. It was super plenty and filled my bowl.

Overall I would recommend this establishment and will be on my list for a once a week visit.

Cool spot to get the perfect poke bowl and boba tea. Very clean eating and you can customize your bowls. My bowl was a brown rice base with grilled chicken,with kimchi, cucumbers and diced mangoes topped with a citrus sauce. I also paired it with a passion fruit boba tea with mango jelly. It was perfect. Staff is nice and service is quick. You can also order online and pick up. They have dole whip ice cream, miso soup, Korean hotdogs etc. I really enjoyed this cute healthy cafe.

I was hoping to grab a quick dinner with my children and wife on Sunday around 7 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by one incredibly rude employee. A young girl with a shorter stature, brown hair, and braces was unbelievably unprofessional (rolling her eyes, being short with customers, and acting like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job). Customer service can be tough, but basic respect isn’t too much to ask. This interaction had me feeling very upset and my wife and children noticed as well. Hopefully this can be resolved.

We ordered through Door Dash and everything was PERFECT! Our food was super fresh and the flavors were delicious! The bowls we ordered were packed full and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Worth every penny! We will definitely be ordering again!

Me and my friend decided to try out the boba! It seemed like a really nice place, when we ordered the worker rushed us. I ordered the strawberry tea boba and when I received it, it tasted okay but the aftertaste tasted of old tea and was very watered down. The boba itself was okay. But me and my friend felt very bloated and sick after, it’s been a bit and we still feel terrible. It was also crazy overpriced, for one drink it was 9$ which is obviously insanely high for a drink that is basic. Overall I wouldn’t come again for the boba I’m not sure if the food here is decent or not.

My and my friend got the boba and I got the mango milk tea with the regular boba and it tastes like watered down milk with sugar in it the boba was bland and overcooked the drinks flavor was unbearable and me and my friends stomach hurt so bad after would not recommend there boba

Great spot for a quick bite! The poke is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, though they are often on their phones in front of customers. It doesn’t bother me, but it might be an issue for others.

Food and drinks were amazing! The atmosphere was very laid back and chill and just brought a very comfortable experience. I ordered a spam snack and two bubble teas, both were out within minutes and were amazing. Also service was great end employees were friendly.

Pacific Counter offers great, fresh, healthy options. I appreciate that they offer two sizes of bowls, both which offer great portion sizes. The staff has always been so friendly. They are knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations, and I also really like that the menu is clearly marked with allergen information.

The service went above and beyond. I went back for the first time in a long time and wasn't sure what to get. One of the girls walked me through everything and I was able to try something I never thought I would like! Highly recommend "rolling it" the seaweed is so yummy! The Taro boba was also really good too!

MAJOR shoutout to the crew working on December 3rd, 2024. I placed an order on Uber Eats and added a note for them to swap one of the ingredients due to an allergy. I’ll be honest….. I really didn’t think they were going to read it. Most restaurants never read the notes and I’m not sure how they passed 5th grade. Well let me tell you what…. Those fine ladies and gentleman holding down the fort on that cold winter night came in CLUTCH. They read the note and made the change. Food was delivered on time and I went to sleep with a smile on my face. The crew at Pacific Counter is just built different. Forever a fan. Love me some mango
