Pacific Counter - Lakewood Ranch

We visited LWR location tonight (Fri, Oct 17), as we do regularly. My husband had to tell the young guy 3 times what he wanted. He still was not making what my husband ordered. Putting on wrong things and then telling my husband that some things weren't on it. My husband says yes it is, it says so on the menu (mind you we get the same thing everytime we go) the guy proceeds to say, oh snap, I'm making over the rainbow. Then laughs. We was never paying attention to what he was supposed to be doing. We still didn't get all that was supposed to be on the OG as we gave up after mutiple times of correcting him. We sat outside because I couldn't bear to listen to the goofiness of the 3 employees working tonight. I think the guy was purposely acting out to make the 2 young girls working with him laugh. It was a VERY unprofessional atmosphere in there tonight. Just a bunch of kids not caring about their job and goofing off. If this had been our first time we definitely would have never come back.

Walked in to three of the younger workers standing at the end of the counter towards the back talking amongst themselves, no “hi” or welcoming message, I felt as if I was a burden for interfering with their conversation.

Ordered 2 boba teas, and they were so watered down.. The only flavor was from the Popping Boba. Seriously, we got a Passion Fruit & Pineapple and we literally couldn’t tell a the difference as they just tasted like water. Hell, they even both looked identical by color.

$12 wastes, straight to the trash can.

Would not recommend, Would not be returning.

Amazing fresh food

Had no idea about the catering option and loved the concept! The food was fresh and everyone loved making their own poke bowls. This was by far the easier and healthiest way to feed a group of teenagers 😊

I normally love to come and eat here, however, after my latest visit I will NOT be returning. I got the OG bowl and took it home to eat. As I was eating my fish I noticed a white worm squirm out before squirming back into the fish! I tried to call but nobody answered. I love the food guys but really? WORMS? No thanks.

Food and service was great, I ordered food for pick up and it was quickly prepared. Everything tasted great. Only thing is, there was a giant fly at the bottom of my kimchi... I know it didn't just fly into it while I was eating either because I would've noticed immediately, and I didn't eat it all in one sitting. I'm honestly disgusted because I ate the entire thing and didn't see it until I got to the very bottom. I question the cleanliness of this place.

Tea is powder based and kinda sucked. But the real problem was the girl with the backwards hat being completely rude and rolling her eyes constantly. Just didn’t say a word and tossed our drinks around. Will not be back unless that girls gone.

Pacific Counter in Lakewood Ranch has the best poke bowls and sushi burritos hands down! The restaurant is spotless and their staff is always friendly. I know I can always count on my order being ready on time when I order takeout too. Perfect portions, yummy food, and good customer service all around!

Decent poke. No spicy mayo so I tried the house sauce but it’s too syrup like. Fish is pretty fresh I would say average in general. Good amount of mix ins and options. Overall I would come back but I wouldn’t go out of my way to make sure people had to come try it.
