Do not go here. They used to be good now it is terrible food is always old management went down hill. They never change there gloves. Health department needs to come in here and shut them down. Someone is going to get sick

Pre-ordered food. Showed up a few minutes early and it was very busy. They did not start making the order until the arrival time. But as soon as the in-person customers disappeared, half of the kitchen staff stopped preparing and went back to busy work, With unfulfilled orders past due on the screen. I ordered two separate appetizers and they were placed together in the same container

First 4 visits were fine, broccoli beef & fried rice. Not alot of beef but for $10 ,happy and with the dbl broccoli . Past 4 visits mostly rice with 3 pieces of beef that were lss than the size of a quarter coin, plus broccoli. I weighed it and was less than 1/2 oz. Closer to 1/4 oz. Reps are friendly and patient. Restaurant looks clean ,pkg lot clean. Going elsewhere. Presume it's due to a corporate decision.

I believe the manager Iryna was very rude. store was very slow when i showed up with a group of people no people in front of or behind me. i understand it was a “large” order but Iryna was slamming pans down and being very rude to the other staff because my group walked in. she was rushing us and when i asked her for an apple pie roll she rolled her eyes at me. i guess it was too much to ask for so i said never mind. food was fine and the other staff members were great and very friendly. i’ve been to this location many times in the past and my job caters food from this store all the time. definitely will not return to this store because of this experience

Worst experience ! I ordered online and was told to be there for pick up about half an hour later. 6:16 ! I get there. No directions on how they want you to retrieve your order. Do you go in. Do you park outside. Do you go thru drive thru ? I go inside. I watch about 40 customers drive thru line and line inside that just pulled in being helped and leave on top of my order not on time after half hour window!!! Standing there 20 minutes past order time …. Still standing here waiting so might as well share. Very poor system. The purpose of ordering ahead is for it to be ready in time. You can’t make my order in a half hour that you said. Not good business. No manager here saying sorry we need time or anything. And they know I’m here waiting

Having not been there before i didn’t know what to expect. The food was so so. I won’t be going back. Service was not so “ok”. I couldn’t understand what the lady was saying to know how to order and she didn’t ask me if I’d been there before she just looked at me like “are you ordering or what”. Overpriced for sure! Food was cold. Not fresh. Definitely disappointed.

Panda Express takeout is the worst thing invented. They don’t start making your food until you get there (oh and not unless you tell them your there) and then have to wait 20 minutes in the store to receive your order.***edited waited 35 minutes IN STORE after my pick up time.

The location is perfect. The inside is clean, and the staff are friendly.
Unfortunately, the food is flavorless. I’ve tried this panda express a total of three times. Once when they first opened, the second time a year later, and just recently. I may say that the food at grand opening might have been OK, which made me go a second time. Now, flavorless! The fried rice taste plain, chow mein taste plain. I won’t go there again until I see someone else post to review saying that the food has improved.
