Always like this place. However, this was the second time we are having a terrible experience with the server Deniale. Last time I wanted no ice in my drinks and she said that's not allowed. I've never heard such thing. She literally gave us a drink with ice despite we insist no ice!!!! Then today, she gave us significantly less amount of food, not just us. She gives significantly less amount of food to everyone and with an awful attitude. The manager please talk to her!!! Thank you!!!!

Ordered a large order online, it said it would be ready in 30 minutes and 10 minutes later i was notified it was complete! The employees were very nice, they did forget my crab rangoons but remedied that mistake with fresh ones! Delicious food, will definitely be back!

I visited this Panda Express recently and had such a great experience. The food was delicious and came out fresh and hot, but what really made the visit special was Santiago. He was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to meet someone who treats customers with that much respect and friendliness. Because of him, my meal felt more like a warm experience than just a quick stop for food. Thank you, Santiago, for your great service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Not sure what happened to this place. I was excited as I went to Panda Express in Ohio. When the one on SR70 first opened, it was clean, the food was good, and the manager or maybe owner was present and greeted you when you walked in. It’s a very different experience now and we did not even finish our meal. The lack of care and attention in the cleanliness, service, and quality of food will keep me from going back for a long time. Hoping the owner is seeing the reviews and will get this place back to what it was when it opened.

The service tonight was excellent. Saturday night, they forgot our small entre for our bigger plate and I called yesterday, they said just come in and they will take care of it. The slim girl who wears glasses and speaks both English and Spanish, not only took care of one plate for us, she was also super nice and gave us two free drinks. We were very pleasantly surprised. 👍👍👍👍 She deserves a 5 star review.

Open at 10am, nothing prepared. Manager cooking, staff seemed new... people waiting outside. For a usually prepared organization not having the staff to serve ot customers was pretty poor.

Where is the manager? This place has the worst lineup of staff I’ve ever seen… it’s like they walked into a Walmart and picked the first 5 people they saw, gave them no training and had them work here… there were two people in front of me and it took 30 minutes for them to even take our order. They are working so slow and have no customer service skills I’ve heard “one moment please” over 5 times now I’m literally writing this while standing in line. I genuinely don’t understand how this staff is so slow. It’s not even a rush right now there’s 7 people in here and everyone is walking around but nothing is happening. I’m not expecting 5 star service and I’m not expecting 4 star I’m just expecting service. This is insanity. I give this place a year. We walked out because they took so long. GET NEW MANAGEMENT
