I usually don’t give negative reviews but this Pizza Hut is very unorganized!
Ordered online, went to pick it up and they couldn’t find my order. Not only they did NOT apologize but also wanted me to pay $9 more if I order it again inside.

I ordered at 8:50 thru the app and never got the order when I called customer service they told me store was closed after I had called about 30 minutes earlier and they told me they would deliver within the next 10 minutes

Was extremely easy to order online the pizza delivery arrived very fast. Fastest service I have ever had. Pizza and Mozzarella sticks were hot and delicious. The delivery guy was very nice. My experience with this Pizza Hut was amazing. Thank you for such great customer service.
I really tried to give these pizzas a chance but after trying a piece from both I am disgusted. One of my pizzas was missing the sauce. The other one missing one of my toppings and had almost no sauce at all. Both were disgusting. I think this is the universe telling me that I should just start making all my meals at home. Do not recommend

Fire everyone in there and rehire and get better drivers. No one there is doing their job right including the “manager” who is rude as hell to customers because of their own mistakes. From the preparation the packing to the delivery is a hot mess. Third time they have forgot almost half my order. They have to go back and come back out with it and then on one occasion had the audacity to say I owed for the missing items I already paid for that he admittedly didn’t grab on top of checking my receipt. If you’re even able to get the actual store on the phone, nasty female manager rather argue when it’s their fault. Rehire or shut this location down.
